I wanted to surprise my wife on our last trip to Las Vegas so I called our timeshare and asked who they recommended and even thought customer service specialist hadn't dealt with the shop personally she heard that Elegant Flowers was who they dealt with and that I should talk to Wendy.



I called Elegant Flowers and left a message on Valentine's day in the morning asking for a call back because I would like a delivery for the 15 at out time share to surprise my wife, I don't know flowers and wanted to talk to someone to place the order, before I went to sleep I wrote down what I wanted and there phone # 702-635-4402.



When I got up in the morning I called Elegant Flowers and talked to Wendy and she told me that I could place the order online and I told her I don't know flowers and wanted to talk to someone before buying anything and I received attitude.



I told her I wanted the Teleflora's precious in purple for the purple vase and I wanted purple flowers and it was a surprise for my wife, Wendy gave me a price and promised that they would be delivered between 2 - 3 pm at the timeshare.



As we were going out at 5 minutes to 5 I saw some wilted purple flowers in a tall dirty clear vase and I asked one of the customer service specialist if they were for my wife and no one knew what was going on because someone walked in and just put them on the counter not five minutes earlyer and walked out without a word.



So now there 2 hours late, wrong vase and wilted flowers so the customer service specialist called Wendy and Wendy was so loud with the customer service specialist that I heard her through the phone standing in the lobby and Wendy kept saying she would be there with new flowers before noon the next day even though we would not be there.



later on a saw a charge on my card that I didn't recognize and called to see they charge the cards under a different name and once again I got more attitude than I cared to deal with and told her to cancel the order because she killed the surprise and her attitude was just not worth it the called the customer service specialist at the time share and told her and she was also going to call Wendy and have my order cancelled - the flowers were picked up that night.



4 days later she had the nerve to charge my card, if you want attitude give Elegant Flowers a call and Wendy will give you all attitude that you want but if you want flowers there are other floweriest that I'm sure will be more than happy to help you.

As a result my timeshare will never use Elegant flowers again and have thrown out all of their business cards.



How come I can't give a Minus 5 stars on here?

Stay Clear of this shop... They were VERY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL...They don't even deserve one star !!!!!!!
