THESE PEOPLE DID NOT HONOR THEIR WRITTEN TWO YEAR WARANTEE THAT WAS ON MY SALES RECEIPT. I HAD A MOTOR FAIL THAT THEY REFUSED TO REPLACE. THIS IS FRAUD. AVOID THESE DISHONEST PEOPLE.

If you ready the good reviews they all from long time ago/years ago. Do not use this company, never call back, very rude receptionist, and don't know what they are doing. Stay away from this company.

Pantera should be embarrassed to have this company affiliated with them..... (or maybe Pantera should be embarassed of their own product!) Two of the four new Pantera pumps I ordered....and paid top dollar for .... do not work. After 8 months, these pumps still are not working. My Haywards that I have that are ten years old, are still working . ... my pool guy talked me Into Pantera products (probably because of a rebate program where they get money back ).... Stick with Hayward....cheaper and better.

I called at 8 AM when they opened to confirm that they could handle the job. My pool pump motor was not working so I headed down to their shop from Summerlin. They checked it out and replace the capacitor and I was in my car and headed home by 8:45 AM having spent $30.26. I give them a 5 star rating but they deserve 6.

We have used them to do all of the work on our pool motors and electronics since 1999. I cannot say enough good things about their service, their good advice and their competative pricing. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great Job! Arrived when scheduled; courteous; charged lesser of the 2 possibilities quoted. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of the services they provide.
