So my neighbor who had an accident, and had his vehicle repaired at a different body shop. He had to return his truck back to 3 times because of what they missed. Not Earl Scheib Body & Paint. Not only did they fix all of the on my vehicle, they completed it before schedule. They detailed my truck inside and out. My truck feels and looks brand new. I can't express how much of a relief that is. My vehicle was brand new 2017 and I was afraid it lost that new feeling after the damage. However, it looks as good as the first day I got my truck! They updated me throughout the process to let me know the status of my truck. Great job and great experience! Hopefully I never have body work again, but if I do I would return here! 10/10!

This is the 2nd vehicle Earl Scheib at Valley View has fix and painted for our family. They take pride in the work. It's a small and friendly atmosphere. Don't be fooled by big name places that charge you a ton. Their is no replacement for our experience at Earl Scheib. Thanks guys!

The customer service at this place is the best!! I had a part that I purched from a dealership directly, and it was damaged, the dealership tried arguing with me about the part. Ari took it back for me and were able to get a new part without paying a single penny. (He argued for me) Their work is amazing, make your vehicle look new again (like it wasn't ever in an accident).

This place is amazing!! I brought my Corvette in because of accident I was and wanted to restore my entire vehicle. Ari took care of everything and kept me posted every step of the way! He was very knowledgeable and very very helpful! I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a body shop! I would give it more stars if I could!!

Poor service!!!!! Never go there.
I got threat phone call from one of employee after I didn't fix my vehicle. My vehicle estimated total loss from my insurance company.
They kept lied for that I can rent car but I didn't have coverage which my insurance company already told me. He called me on the phone for yelled at me for not fixing the vehicle. I can't handle my schedule after car accident now. Never recommend!!!!

Shop has had my vehicle for almost two months. Since Sept 19th 2016. They have very bad communication. I was told several times of the completion date(s) of my vehicle, without them keeping their word. I was then asked to submit the check from my insurance company to them and that the car was ready, Friday Nov 11th and the vehicle was still not complete upon me arriving. One unkept word after another. The body shop manager (Arti) and his righthand man (Jack) are both very misleading. They also held my vehicle due to their communication and payment errors with the insurance company, State Farm. I pay my insurance, every month with a couple of different policies. It is not my responsibilty to ensure the insurance company pays the body shop. Therefore, the body shop shouldnt punish me by holding my vehicle until payment clears with a credible insurance company. The insurance company even offered to submit immediate documentation of payment confirmation to Earl Scheib when we spoke to Jack. Jack claimed he would call the insurance company back i agreement so that my car could be released. I also personally called Arti to confirm. I have yet to get my vehicle out. This is a terrible body shop, abd it is further more some of the worse custoner service ive ever received from any business in general. BY ALL COSTS, establish business with another body shop before you do with Earl Scheib. They are the crapiest, and in my opinions, slick oil liars at the least. Id rather walk the extra mile for my business in the future. It would be worth it.

I am very pleased with Earl Scheib on Valley View, work and service which was done on my 2014 Prius. They worked as a team with progress insurance to make the best of an unfortunate accident. I especially thank Ari for his excellent service!

Just finished with our first experience at Earl Scheib Las Vegas! We were very pleased with the quick, friendly service, and especially happy with the many options Ari gave us for the repair. It is rare to find such pleasant, honest people to deal with. We highly recommend them to anyone needing work on their cars! I was restoring my 1969 Corvette, I was giving prices from $10K to $15K. That said, I took a chance with Earl Scheib Las Vegas! They sand blast my vehicle, prime, and 2 stage original paint from Chevy, including color sand and buff, 100% show room quality...It was done in 2 week, and cost me $3500!!!!!!! Ari thank you so much.

I would give Earl Scheib 10 stars if it was possible. I got a brand new car 3 weeks ago and of course when I was in a rush, I ran straight into my garage. My boyfriend recommended I take it straight to Scheib.



There was paint damage and a big of a dent. I took it in the same day (Thursday) and Ari said it would be finished by Saturday morning, which I was thrilled by. I had also mentioned that I really needed my car ASAP. Low and behold Friday morning I get a call saying that my car was finished! He had started the project early and I could pick it up Friday around 2 PM! Almost 24 hours earlier than expected. The work was FANTASTIC. My car looks...well...good as new.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!Dropped the car off on Saturday morning, and wife and my daughter (it's her first car) picked up the car at the end of the afternoon. There was a light drizzle and my wife and daughter asked the technician TWICE if it was OK to drive the car out in it, and the technician said yes. When they got home, there were "bubbles" all through the paint job. I called the phone number on the website (which goes to the owner Aari's cell phone), and he said it was OUR fault, they usually keep it overnight but my daughter wanted the car back that day (we would have kept it there if they suggested it), and that his technicians would NEVER tell us it was OK to drive the car in the drizzle. He then called the technician on a conference call, and the technician blatantly lied (presumably to save his job) saying he never said it was OK, and that it wasn't drizzling when the car was picked up (which it was). My wife took it back today for them to fix it, but he said since it was OUR negligence, he won't fix it for free, and he will explain it to the judge if we take him to court.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

I had to write a review for this shop. Very responsive, friendly, simple and by far, reasonable pricing. I had a small issue with by bumper/fender and took the car to Service King body shop where I had to wait 30 mins for an estimate that was very over priced. They told me it's a whole day job. Took the car to Earl Scheib Collision center, it took Ari basically 1 min to look at the issue and let me know of the cost, time for repair which was very reasonable. Everything with done smoothly without too much complications.

I would highly recomend that people stay away from Earl Scheib of Las Vegas! Not just customers but employees to! The owner is just a horrible person to work for! Everything will seem fine in the beginning, but wait a few months- next thing you know you will be put down (mentally), kicked, pushed and shoved if not worse! And what's worse he will gradually start to rip you off on your pay check- if you even get a pay check at all!! And as for customers, let's just say that in the time I worked for him, there was several incidentes that customers came to the shop with several of their friendsall with baseball bats due to the owner ripping them off.And police had been called on more than one occasion!! He has the WORSE customer service attitude I have EVER seen! I can't really say anything about the quality of work, since he can't keep anybody to work for him more than 6-9 months ! But if you do get bad quality- ten to one it is due to the owner ordering the employees to do so- I've seen him do that too!!

My 2000 Nissan Altima was rear ended and I had repair work done by All American Paint and Body. The work they did was outstanding and they took the time to fix the alignment of the driver's side door at no additional charge. The door wasn't part of the damage from the accident so it was a pleasant surprise to have it fixed. They were professional and polite and they finished ahead of schedule. I really felt they went out of their way to keep me informed and to take care of my needs.

Very honest and straight forward! Highly recommended! Earl Scheib Las Vegas has done 4 or 5 repairs for me in the past few years. He understands and very much respects my perspective on my body shop needs. I don't drive a polished BMW and when I get a fender bender, all I want is to get back drive-ability with a reasonable appearance. I don't need the fender to be replaced and repainted, I just want the dent popped out and it to look fairly decent. Where other shops would take advantage of my situation, Ari at Earl Scheib Las Vegas has saved me thousands of dollars! He discusses with me the level of repair I want and I have seen him do some amazing things for far less cost than other body shops. There is years of experience at Earl Scheib Las Vegas and it shows in the work they do. I also dropped my car off, there was an Escalade who's left rear was undriveably mangled. It was all apart and I scrutinized it carefully while waiting for him to finish another customer. When I picked up my car after a few days, he had it nearly finished. It looked show room new! So I asked him about it and he gave me a detailed tour, underneath and everything - even pulled the wheel off. I was very impressed with the details he explained to me. The #1 reason I would recommend them is that they tenaciously pay attention to what *you* want, not the insurance company. And if it's your own money, they will find the best solution for your budget. And I'm not speaking from just one isolated experience, but rather having used them for years. And every single time I have been amazed at how much money they have saved me.

These guys are scam artists, whatch out if you go there..as soon as they start calling saying "oh we found another this or that, and it's going to be about another 3-500... And you will get 2-3 calls like this saying they are putting on new parts and that's why it's going to cost so much, then you ask them for the receipts for the parts and they never have them, they were already sent off. They took me from my estimate 1900$, to 3600$, 3 weeks later and come to find out all those really expensive parts they needed I had them all inspected and they are the same parts repaired. And as a business owner, I know how it works these reviews go ahead and delete it you scam artist!!!!!

I heard of Earl Scheib since I was a little kid. Found them here online and gave them a try. Had them do my 2011 Mustang GT and it turned out awesome. Their work was flawless and my car looks like new! Done when they said it would be. I had estimates twice as high from two other shops. Good Job Alex

Earl Scheib Las Vegas is the best. I was in my first accident a few days ago and I had no idea what to do. A friend told me about Earl Scheib Las Vegas so I went there expecting the worst and ready to be taken advantage of because I was a woman. I couldn't have been more wrong. Ari treated me with respect and his professional attitude convinced me I went to the right place. He explained in detail the scope of work needed and the cost involved which was much less than I thought. I didn't want to go through my insurance because I didn't want my rates to go up. Ari gave me a quote and I was so amazed I had to ask again. When I went to pick up my car 3 days later, the car looked like new just like when I bought it. The workmanship was professional and you would never know that the vehicle had severe damage only a few days before. Ari and Jack definitely know the meaning of customer service and I was so impressed that I asked if I could thank his employees in person which I did and they both were as courteous and professional as their supervisors. Ari runs a tight ship and a professional crew and I highly recommend that if you require paint and body work on your car that you go to Earl Scheib Las Vegas.

Integrity and Reputation Matter Here - Had some damage that I was sure would cost me serious cash and was dreading the quote. Long story short Jeff and Ari did all they could to save me cash and got my 2012 Lexus back to normal for less than $500 when I was ready and willing to pay more. I moved to Las Vegas from a small town where reputation matters, and Earl Scheib Paint and Body operates like a small town business, in Sin City. Can't say enough good things about them! I would take my car to them for any future issues and I'd recommend them to anyone.
