It would be difficult to say this company provides terrible service considering they are impossible to get to show up. At First, owner, Ed seemed to be a great business person I would be working with. But his company might be the most poorly run I have ever seen. He has incompetent workers that didn't show up for my weekly cleaning that was scheduled and he had no idea about it until I had to call/text him several times to tell him about it. (Out of 3 weeks of service that was supposed to happen, only the first week was serviced and the guy didnt come until after 6pm on a Friday) He promised me multiple times to make it right even offering me the first month of service to be free...but I didn't think free meant never actually coming to service my pool! His last promise was to personally come to my house to service the pool this past Friday. Not only did he not show up, he still has not returned one of my many calls/texts throughout the day on Friday. I would NEVER in a million years recommend you do business with this company. With how competitive the pool servicing industry is here in Las Vegas, It absolutely baffles me how someone could be so unprofessional and unorganized with their business. I do not enjoy leaving negative reviews, but when it was as bad and frustrating as this experience was, I believe other people should know about what you could be getting into. It was an absolute waste of my time and caused me 2 weeks gap in servicing of my pool.

constant issues

The first issue: employee wrote "memo" in a permanent marker on my sliding door. (Did not try calling or coming to my front door) I had someone from the company come clean it off.

Second issue: backyard gate is left open after they leave; happens frequently. I have two dogs, I always find them in my front yard after the employee leaves.

Third issue: pool is green more often that clear. I have followed their instructions for maintenance on the days of the week that they are not at my house ( they come once every week)

Forth issue: the company has told me at minimum 4 times that they will switch the person cleaning my pool to a different person to see if the problems persist; never switched, have had same person cleaning it still after two years.
