My kids have gone to this pediatric center for over 12 years. They are unreliable. I can't tell you how many times i've scheduled appts only to be called back because the doctor is taking off early. Can't tell you how many times they have written prescriptions incorrectly. Been going here for over 12 years and still we are felt as if we are new patients. Ridiculous!!!! Over and done with this place.

This office has the most incompetent people working there. The doctors are good but to get to them you have to deal with the mindless people working in the office. 1.) First appointment I tell the nurse's assistant the reason for our visit was for shots but I spelled it so my little one wouldn't freak out. She kept repeating the letters but couldn't figure out what I was saying. Moron!2.) Billing- Once a year they send me a random bill even though my insurance has never lapsed.3.) I scheduled two appointments for one vaccine for my son. A.)The 1st time the Nurse's asst. forgot all about us and wasted an hour of our day waiting in a room.B.) Then after they realized we were still waiting, they told me they "just" ran out of the vaccine. Which also happened on the second appointment but someone forgot to call me.3.) They put in their system that my son, a boy, was a female with a totally different birth date. When confronted about it they told me, THE MOTHER, I gave them the wrong info. Umm I'm pretty sure you'd never forget the exact day of when a doctor pulled a little human being out of your body! So why would I? 4.) When you call, they put you on hold but usually forget to get back to you. Thank you Vegas for your unlimited supply of incompetent people!
