Worst experience ever.. My best friend was told to use him as a custody evaluator for a relocation. Well he never listened to her and only listened to the father (who was paying for the services) The father has an awful psychological and also could not control the children in the office, however, he said custody should stay as is. One child has special education needs and she wanted to get him into better schools in NY with family support and he told her there wasn't any proof the schools in NY were better then Vegas??? Really???? Do you need to prove that???? He went to some wacko website and compared the specific school the kids were in (they aren't in now) to the school they would start in and said the one here was better. Well what about all the services available, plus the doctors available in NY... Everyone that is told that thinks he is a quack for even stating he needed proof NY schools were better. I teach in NV and I even say no child is better here then in NY schools. So now the kids are here, and have been emotionally and physically abused by the dad and his girlfriend and the boy is now 2 yrs behind. He is going into 3rd and barely working at a 1st grade level. It is a sad state. I really wish some action could be taken against him or the bias he showed this family and the damage that it has caused in the long run.. The children are afraid of their father and are now forced to deal with it. But he turned a deaf ear to the mother and children and now the children are emotionally disturbed and need major mental therapy for the issues. He should not be in this position at all..
