I took my Toy hauler for new battery and generator problems. they cleaned the carb didn't replace carb parts but did install a new battery. I was quoted $523. when I came to pick it up the bill was $748. I showed them the written quote of $523. but he did not honor that. I picked it up that night.
I didn't see the damage until the next morning. They cut my wiring and taped it up they also bent my adjustable stand and never told me.
I will never take it to them again.. Beware of that place new owners and they are way tooo expensive and do low quality work!! !!

This business in unprofessional, disorganized, and incompetent. Be warned, stay away!

Double Eagle miss-diagnosed a lack of engine power problem after telling me they were fully qualified to troubleshoot and repair Caterpillar engines. I was charged $2,500.00 for engine work that did not solve the problem. When confronted with the information that the work had not solved the problem, the business owner became verbally abusive toward me, and blamed the problem with the repair on my wife’s bad attitude, and generally behaved in a very unprofessional manner.

Subsequently, another shop solved the problem by replacing a clogged air filter. This was a very simple problem that Double Eagle should have found, and would have found if proper troubleshooting procedure had been followed. Their troubleshooting method is limited to a test drive and guessing at a problem. The engine ECM was never checked for trouble codes, and the mechanics lack of understanding of engine operation and incompetence resulted in the incorrect diagnosis of the problem.

The day the repair was scheduled, the mechanic performing the repair was absent half the day for a scheduled doctor’s appointment, so the work had to be rescheduled for another day. No explanation from Double Eagle on the cause of the delay, and because my RV was blocked on the lot by other RVs I still could not leave so the entire day was wasted. After work did start, a tool that should have been on hand had to be ordered, resulting in further delay. While I was waiting I did get to observe the other mechanics wandering aimlessly around the lot, searching for tools and parts, swearing at each other, badmouthing the owner, and generally doing very little work.

Claimed to have made repairs we never agreed on, and I cant believe were necessary. Some repairs incorrectly done, and had to be re-done elsewhere. Very expensive, and poor quality. Think I got scammed.

Some repairs not correct, had to have fixed elsewhere. Seamed to expand scope of repairs to the extent of my funds. I don't believe they actually did some of the things they said they did.

Mid trip across country several brace screws had sheared off the slide out and were creatin a lot of shaking which could have eventually lost the bottom panel. Kathy was able to fit us in almost immediately and Randy had us fixed and back on the road within an hour. Nice people, great service. Thank you.

I had a problem with my coach heater. I spent $350 at another repair facility and no luck. Double Eagle looked at it within hours of dropping it off and found that the circuit board switch was off!They charged me less than 30.00 and I was on my way. This company is reputable, honest and reasonably priced.I would highly recommend this shop.

Excellent service and attention. Tom and Kathy are friendly and run the business with the customer in mind. It's not the fanciest location or building, but their efforts are golden whan it came to service and communication, at least for me. I was from out of town and they got my fifth wheel back in shape quickly. I highly recommend thi shop.

Dirty, unsafe location. I'll never go there again

We have dealt with this company for our RV repairs for the last 5 years. They are very honest and trustworthy. If they are unable to find an issue they won't make any repairs. There were a few times that it was definitely client training issues. We were not charged for these visits.
