Paul and his team are great! They're honest and I can trust them. I've price shopped them against several competitors and they've always come out with the best deal. We take both of our cars there and have never had any problems.

Be very careful with this shop!

They called us to "program" a BMW and when we showed up they couldn't give us any information on why and what was replaced, we had to plug in ISTA-D (BMW's OEM Scan Tool) to find out what needed to be done and we informed them that two modules weren't programmed and coded (PMA & SWW) which they didn't know exactly why they were replaced and the only thing they said was "The scanner told us they were bad". THAT IS CALLED GUESSING.

Long story short, we programmed and coded the PMA and SWW modules on a 2013 BMW 650 Grand Coupe but after that they put a stop to the check of $450 that they gave us as payment, claiming that there was a "programming issue" with the car and sent us text messages saying we did it wrong so we offered to diagnose the issue and they never called us back. Vehicle had more issues and we told them, we also wrote both codes that were left on their invoice.

ALSO they claimed that they took the vehicle to BMW and we asked to see the paperwork to verify it was a programming issue but nothing was given as evidence but we just didn't get paid.

WE ONLY WANT YOU TO KNOW THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE PROPER EQUIPMENT AND KNOWLEDGE TO DIAGNOSE YOUR VEHICLE PROPERLY AND THE ONLY THING THAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN IS THAT YOU WILL END UP PAYING FOR THEIR UNPROFESSIONAL WAY OF CONDUCTING BUSINESS.

This shop is the worst and only one that we've had this problem with in the time that we have been in business.

We are a very reputable company and work with hundreds of local shops and we have never seen such poor practices.

UPDATE:
BMW paperwork does not show anything related to programming or coding.

I asked for a copy of the BMW's paperwork and this guy got stopped by the "owner' after he had already made a copy.

I took my vehicle in for a busted fuel injector. I had my own oil products for my oil change I was getting before the unforeseen situation. Upon picking my vehicle up; it had no oil. The gas fumes were extremely strong. The hood rubber knobs were not on the vehicle which made sound from under my hood. One week later I experienced the same problem & took it back. I was then give a estimate of 1500.00+, They erased the codes from the car. I asked isn't the procedure to check the vehicle and give me the list of all the things that needed repairing when I originally brought in. They said we normally do. My vehicle was not properly fixed and they use my oil I already had and yet I had no oil in the vehicle when I picked up the car. I felt robbed and deceived. They said they were honest but i truly beg to differ. Thanks Paul for the lack of care and trust in your services.

My car has needed a tune up for the last 5,000 miles and finally, fearing I'd end up one of those poor stranded motorists on the side of the road, I began researching where to take it in. Because of their good reviews online I chose Don Di auto, got up at the crack of dawn, and had my car in by 8am. They quoted me a good price for a minor tune up and an oil change (under $200), and I waited no longer than 2 hours.

While in the waiting area I met a really nice lady who said she had been bringing her cars into Don Di for the last 10 years and that they had always been upfront and honest with her. She found them after another shady repair shop had quoted her hundreds of dollars for a repair that was totally unnecessary, and that in the last 10 years Don Di has been her go-to auto repair place for minor and major needs.

Save yourself a head ache and go here if your car is no longer under manufacturer's warrantee and you have to pay out of pocket for repairs.

This business should be put out of business. I brought my truck in to have the transmission rebuilt. after more than 4 months and 6 attempts to fix it right, they could not get it to shift right and the transmission failed in the mountains after only 4 weeks stranding my mother, my sister and I, in the middle of the road costing me over $3000. Check your paperwork, they cover themselves by being extremely vague. on my work order they simply wrote (install transmission). I paid them to rebuild it, and their warranty is only valid if they fix it in house but they are too incompetent to fix things right. Also Paul will not give you his email address because he doesn't want a paper trail of his lies. Now that my truck is stranded 400 miles from home. D.I auto simply offered me my money back for the rebuild that was not a rebuild but a salvage yard transmission. pictures tell a thousand words

These guys have taken good care of my now 14 year old Audi TT. I don't recall ever bringing anything back to get re-repaired and I've never had reason to complain about the price or their diagnosis. I've been doing business with them for 8 years. Consider this an unqualified recommendation.

Great reviews don't lie! My family and I bought a Jeep in Colorado and had driven for hours before we needed a/c. NO COLD A/C and we're nearing Vegas! I called D.I. and Paul answered. Bring it right in and we'll take a look, he says. We thought we'd just need to recharge it. Paul got us right in a gave us the news 30 minutes later that the compressor was locked up. NOT the news we wanted as we were on the road with deadline to get to Southern Callifornia. We can't believe they spent that time with us and didn't charge us a dime! Our only regret is that we didn't get to stay in Las Vegas and let D.I. take care of the rest. Luckily, the dealarship we bought it from is covering the repair. Maybe we should hit them up with gas money back to Vegas for that and revisit D.I. after our time in Cali. THANKS D.I. ! and a great thank you to Paul! It was nice meeting such honest folks.

I ve been thoroughly impressed with their work and professionalism at Dons DI They generally do all the repairs necessary within 24 hours and I m normally surprised when they call to say the car is ready because I can t believe they did it so quickly. Unlike the prior reviewer Last night at 5:30pm I brought my car in for an oil gasket repair and cabin air filter change among a couple of other things. I just got a call at 3:30pm today saying it s ready. 22 hours is not bad at all. When the car is returned, it is washed, vacuumed and looks better than when I brought it in. Their prices are completely reasonable and they are a pleasure to talk to. I drive a newer BMW and I always see lots of high end cars at dons

Don's D.I. Service has done quite a bit of work for me. They always try to find the most reasonable economic solution. With some mechanics you are scared of the price, but they always find the best sourcing for the parts that they need and they pass that price on to the customer. They don't take advantage, they are honest and thorough.

I have been going to Dons DI for several years now. Luis the owner treats me and everyone that comes in very professionally. It is hard to feel good about spending money on repairs but trust will help take the sting out. I trust Luis, Ron and the rest of the gang. They have treated me very fair and honest

Great Service and Good prices I after looking around I find the best prices in town. I got my breaks done for a good deal. I spoke with Louie and he was very honest to let me know what was wrong with my car, no like other mechanist that want to take advantage of you because you know little about mechanic. I will continue doing business with them. Not appointment necessary!! While I was waiting I noticed that we was like that to everyone that came that is so cool!!

I have been to dozens of mechanics in my life. As a single woman, I have been 'taken for a ride' by many of them. That all ended when I discovered Dons approximately 12 years ago. They have always exceeded my expectations with quality workmanship, fair pricing, and prompt service. A few years ago, I moved a significant distance away from Dons Because of this, I took my car to a local mechanic. They failed to accurately diagnose, and therefore, repair my vehicle. I had an engine problem with my Subaru. I was stuck in Las Vgeas so I towed the car to their shop. They replaced my engine for a new one with a excellent price (at least for me).

The staff was very friendly, they also gave me snacks and a rides . Very good service!

This morning my car did not start up,so I called D.I. Automotive for a tow truck service,the driver response was fast,and once there,gave my car a jump start, and adviced me to take it to the shop for a full diagnostic,which I did,and found out that my car battery was the problem,they took care of it ,and I was good to go.I thank this business for their professionalism and honesty.Thank you.

Do you live or work near the Wynn? Ask your co-workers or neighbors about DI Auto. More than likely, they have either brought their car there for service or heard positive things from people who have. Whether or not you make an appointment ahead of time, if you get your car there first thing in the morning, unless you have a really serious problem, you will get it back later that same day. They prioritize recommend repairs so you can budget accordingly. No high-pressure sales, only what they would do if it was their car. If additional repairs are needed, you get a call with an estimate. After going there for years, thanks to them I have almost 200,000 miles on my payment-free truck

I found this place to be friendly and very honest. They will bend over backwards to help you out.I have had two diferent items replaced here and both jobs were done good and on time. The only draw back is that they are very busy and sometimes it is hard to get in.But I will not take my car anywhere else.
