New to the area and just saw them in passing. They take their time and do such a great job!
I would refer anyone to them. Great customer service along with such a nice and energetic staff.

Great experience today with our sweet Pekingnese and his awesome stylist. Excellent customer service for people and dogs. Highly recommend this groomer.

Long time customer for 5 years and I've watch Doggie Stylz go from a very small, personalized and loving establishment to the complete opposite. I'm sad to say I will be looking for a new groomer after being told that it's normal for my dog to take 6 hours to be groomed. In 5 years, I've never had that happen and rather than apologize, the new owner, terry argued with me. The shop has an a remodel but the owner and staff has changed and seriously lacking in customer service. I miss the old owner Kim who loved her shop and took pride in it.

If there was a choice to place zero stars, I would. This by far is the worst and grossly mismanaged groomer I have ever been to. They are unprofessional, and worse of all, they appear to mistreat their biggest customers (the dogs!!). My experience started off as pleasant as can be, but it turned bad rather quickly. I brought in my three dogs with an appointment and was told they would be ready in four hours. I called after a couple of hours to make sure the dogs were ok, and see if there were any problems. I was told there were no issues. As the fourth hour approached, I went ahead to pick them up, surly I thought it doesn't take four and half hours to groom three dogs who in the first place had an appointment (not a walk-in). Upon my arrival, to my surprise/dismay, they were still being worked on. I than proceeded to ask when they might be ready, and even suggested maybe another hour. I accepted the hour delay and went to my vehicle to return within the noted duration. Yet again, to my surprise, the business owner "flagged" me down and began to barrage me while I was getting in my car. She (the business owner), than proceeded to stop the work on my dogs and practically "threw" two of my dogs in my direction; while the third dog who was in the back they said was not doing well so it was taking extra time to dry her coat. I wished they would have told me that when I called earlier instead of finding out after 4.5 hours with the groomer. Having been treated rudely, and having seeing my dogs were mistreated, I refused to pay for a job that was incomplete. The business owner refused to give me the third dog and said I was stealing and then called the police. I took her challenge, and when the officer arrived, it was evident that their claim that the dogs were complete were false. Upon inspection of the dogs, they have numerous nicks, and as their mood would suggest, traumatize by their experience with this groomer. I ended up paying half the cost, and the original amount they insisted since it was demonstrated that the dogs were not complete.



I would caution every reader to avoid this establishment at all cost! Quite a disappointing experience for a company that claims to be "dog friendly".

So happy to find this place. Love small business owners! Great groomers. Super friendly, thorough - just awesome. Great prices too. Got my two Cairn Terriers done and they came out beautiful. 5 Stars!

They are courteous and very efficient. Pricey but they do cut to breed standards!! YAY!

We've taken our Bichon for grooming twice in the last two months and are impressed with the results. After reading reviews about the owner in her previous location, we tried them, many groomers just can't cut Bichons correctly and

these girls can. Shop is clean and staff friendy, called us promptly when grooming was complete. Dog seems happy

so they have our vote for now. Have owned Bichons for almost 20 years and finding competent groomers can be challenging...recommend you give them a try.

Never have I been treated so well, my dog was taken right away and a groomer came out and discussed with me all that I wanted to be done. They took my dog to be groomed, they called me to let me know he was ready and what a beautiful job they did. I Honestly will never go anywhere else. You could tell my dog felt good he had a very proud look when he got home. They are the best.
