Called them today for an estimate. They told us what was wrong and to save our money on repairs and just buy a new TV as repair would last for a few weeks and then "domino" requiring more repair. Awesome...an honest repair shop! Recommend highly.

The sound suddenly went out on my tv so I called for an estimate. They suggested that it might be from an update to the cable box and it was. TV fixed for free, can't get any better than that! I would definitely bring my tv to get repaired here.

My TV was built into the wall so when the switch broke, I decided to fix it rather than purchase a new one. The TV was returned on time and it has been working great but when it was returned it had a scratch, about an inch and a half long on the frame facing. It was not cheap to fix and although a discount was offered on the service they have not been returning my calls. I wouldn't use them again.

After calling another TV Repair shop that did not show as promised, I called DIscount TV. I explained the problem, and they knew what it was and dispatched a service/repairman immediately. He took the defective part back to the shop, completed the repairs and returned exactly in 2 hours as he said with the repaired part. Installed it and totally fixed the problem. He quoted me a price over the phone which was $100 less thatn the company that never showed, and honored that price. Very happy with the prompt service and expertise!

This company was highly recommended to my by a good friend of mine who has done a lots of business with them, so when my plasma TV broke down, I went to seek help from them. Upon viewing the broken TV, I was informed that it would be too expensive to fix it, however, immediately, my attention was diverted to the products the shop was selling. We picked to 42 inch DLP television that was meant to go to my 9 year old son’s room so he can watch his own programs and play video games. I was informed that all games and possible DVD player have to be connected through the high definition input as the regular inputs were not working, but I was also assured, even though I didn’t’ have high definition signal, all the components would work. I was also ensured that it was all that was possibly wrong with the television set. I have asked prior to the purchase what would happen if the TV doesn’t work. The picture on my TV had been getting darker and darker. I called Ben, he told me it was a DLP lamp and I could change it myself and save some money. I told him I didn't want to touch the TV and wanted him to do it. He was at my house an hour later changed it for the cost of the lamp and a nominal service call. The picture looks like it did the day I bought the TV. I was more than pleased with the cost, the quick service, and the result. An honest and reputable company

My large screen lcd tv quit working. I came in for an estimate. They diagnosed that I would need two circuit boards which are no longer available.Although I am still without a working TV, I was happy with their service since they were able to diagnose the problems within one day and did not charge.

They fixed my Vizio LCD TV at the price they quoted me, and it was sone in one week. It has worked well ever since!

I have Samsung DLP TV have problem picture was dark. Research on-line found out Lamp needs replaced. Look on-line for replacement parts checked here in Las Vegas to see if anyone had in-stock, Discount TV Repair had part and offered to put in the lamp in housing when bought part to them . Happy customer here!!!!!.

They had my flat panel 2 weeks, never called, I called 4 times, they said they were checking with Samsung. They went ballpark from 350 to 500 and did not know what the problem was. The set was only 16 months old. Just started taking longer to turn on everything else fine. Never again and would not suggest this place to anyone.
