Phil lost my paperwork, and then denied he had been given it. He then hung up on me!

Prior to that, they wasted my time...a lot: They didn't finish the document on the agreed upon date, they showed me a draft with typos and worse.

They didn't explain things, or acted irritated when I asked questions, but they wouldn't stop talking about things that clearly had nothing to do with the work at hand (for example, I know how many ex wives he has. I did not ask or want to know that). Some people interpret rambling as 'friendly' but it was distracting, especially when I asked him to stop talking so I could read the document.

I feel very mistreated and upset with the service. Their incompetence is not only disappointing, it is very harmful to me as a client-- my forms were sent in with errors. Plus, their temper tantrum hanging up on me didn't help.
