Sept.22, 2016 I was given a referral to see a gastroenterologist in Digestive Associates. I called them to set up an appointment, the rep answering the ph sd they have not processed my referral yet and they will call me when it is in the system. I called 4x to follow up and still they cannot give me an appointment. 2 weeks past and still they have not called. I got tired of waiting and went to see another gastro. Then I was diagnosed and was referred to see a hepatologist again at Digestive Associates. DA received the referral Nov.16 and it is now the 21st and they still say they have not processed the referral. How long does it take for them to process a referral anyway. They keep telling me they will call back and they never call. Like everyone wrote in their review, the staff in this location are rude, and uncaring. They don't care about the patients at all, They have no sense of urgency. I wonder why they work in a healthcare facility. I got tired of calling so I'll just wait to see if they will call me at all.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a medical office. My GI Dr referred me there for a capsule endoscopy. It was approved in Aug and I started calling for an appointment. Either they did not answer the phone or I would get a recording to leave my name and number and they would call back. They never called back. Finally I was able to talk to someone and make the appointment. She gave me an appointment for Nov 31. Check your calendar. There is no such day. When I said something, she got hateful and asked if I was looking at 2016. I said it makes no difference what year, there is no such thing. So I was given another date even later in the year. A few days before my appointment I called to confirm, only to be told the Dr will not be in the office on that day. They could not understand that I did not want a new Dr, I only needed to have a procedure. When the day finally came for the procedure, I was told to be there at 7:45 am. I arrived to be the only patient there (they open at 7:00am.) I waited for 30 minutes before she called me back. I was there no more than 5 minutes and left. I was to come back to the office no later than 4:30pm. When we arrived, I was again the only patient there. She took me back and took the equipment off of me. I was there no longer than a couple of minutes. My husband checked the sign in sheet and they had a total of 15 patients for the whole day. So why did it take me over 3 months to even get an appointment. Three weeks before the procedure I called to ask for the instructions be mailed to me. One week later I still had not received them so I called again. They said they would mail them to me again. Another week goes by and I still do not have the instructions, so we had to drive to Las Vegas to their office to pick up the instructions. These are the most incompetent employees I have ever had to deal with. If ever you have to see a GI Dr and are referred to this place, run in the other direction.

Worst experince of my life. DO NOT GO THERE. For the love of yourself, your family, your health and your nerves. No returned calls. Poor care. I can go on and on.

I am not technically a patient, but was referred to this place as my doctors are so booked up. Called and asked staff member who their doctors were and for spelling of names. By the 2nd one, she is saying OMG under her breath. Not the place I will be going, especially after reading other reviews on this practice. Read your reviews people.

A very very bad place to try and get help at Never returned phone calls and I' be waited weeks for an answer whether I would be seen. The staff of gals are nothing but Liars as is Dr. Kayali when trying to deal with them. Very unprofessional and I'll informed about their responsibilities I was forced to sever ties with Dr. Kayali and his staff and look for a more responsible.. Respectful, professional M.D. In short..this business SUCKS and is a disgrace to the community. I'd NEVER refer this place to anyone.

The most incompetent, inefficient, apathetic medical office personnel I ever dealt with in my 20+ yrs of being treated for an auto-immune disease and all of its subsequent complications. Unfortunately, my PCP had to refer me to Digestive Assoc. because the Gastroenterology Dept. in my health plan were so booked up. I didn't have a good feeling about that from the beginning. Anyway, I'm going to skip a few months and get to the end of my relationship with this group. I had an EGD and throat biopsy at the next door surgery center and was instructed in writing to contact them immediately after two weeks to get an appointment to go over the results with the surgeon. I called the following Monday after the two weeks passed to request an appt. Told I needed to meet with the original dr. that saw me the first appt. and not the actual surgeon. Also told that there was no record that my prior authorization had been processed for an extension, which the original dr.'s assistant had told me should take care of that month's ago. So, after a week of leaving messages with this assistant to set up an appt. and to discuss the need for the prior authorization, I still had no appt., etc. It's now three weeks after the surgery. So, I called my PCP to let him know what was going on and asked if they had provided him with the results. A couple of days later his nurse called me with the results of the EGD but no info. on the biopsy. My symptoms have not gotten any worse, so I'm managing on my own although I realize eventually I may have to pursue this again. I was so fed up with Digestive Associates that I never contacted them again and they probably don't care that I never returned for the usual after surgery follow-up appt. Possibly don't they have any record.

Called both offices to confirm my appointment for next day that I had to wait 2 months to get and was told that I had no appointment scheduled. I asked "How do you lose an appointment". They could give an answer. Just called my Dr. to give me a new referral to a different practice and gave her the reasons. I will never set foot in this practice or offices and I highly recommend DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR THIS GROUP. These people are idiots.

This is the WORST Drs office I have EVER dealt with in my life! The girls in the office are the most inept group of people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. My husband was just diagnosed with Colorectal Cancer and we have had nothing but excuses and mistakes after mistake from Brittany and the other girls at the office. From referrals not being put through to an oncologist, kinda important when you have cancer!, to telling us he was having a procedure down his throat which ended up being up the other end! And of course we weren't given any instructions. These people should be run out of town!!!!

I wish I could give 1/8 a star even that would be generous!

Horrible place. Sent in paperwork a month before military requested and two weeks before I needed it, I had to call everyday to ask the nurse if the physician filled the paperwork out yet. Nurse constantly giving excuse. Nurse never cared to call back nor make an effort to check back with me after me leaving many voicemails. Due date comes and still no paperwork. Had to stop in the clinic personally to get it myself and nurse avoided me for awhile before I even received paperwork. Horrible customer service. Horrible clinic. Rude assistants.

I give this getto clinic a half a rock. Never refer this place for a colonoscopy. You first will spend an hour filling out unnecessary paperwork and be charged for you doing all the work. Then you will come back a week later with 65 other fools in a cramped waiting room that's not counting the people outside waiting. Then instead of giving you the results right away they make you set another appointment to ding your insurance company again. But it gets better they make you fill out the hour long paperwork again even though you just want your results. My wife has been to Dr. Zimmerman in a semi private environment and she got her color pictures and results on the way out just after the colonoscopy. And it cost nothing more. I have to give it a star just so someone can read this.
