I Highly recommend Devoted Care! The staff is amazing, very polite and took stellar care of my 97yr old grandmother. Devoted Care is of the highest quality in Elderly living, Stellar in performance(i.e. nutrition, 24hr visitation, beautiful tranquil garden, pool, A1 staff, and Ms. Diane Coiley is the best! Her family and daughter really cared for my Grandmother and i give this Nursing facility STELLAR performance. This is truly a home with Family structure and Care! 10 stars!! I wouldn't not have picked a better place for my Grandmother. Everyday she had fresh flowers, so much Gratitude to Diane Coiley and her family. 10 stars!

There has consistently been a warm family feel and gracious welcome when I have come to visit at Devoted Care. They take on many of the attributes of the Eden Alternative Program focusing on quality life for seniors that seems to emphasize the elimination of loneliness, relational interactions, and even have house pets. The two houses adjacent to each other are maintained well and very clean. Diane's daughter lives and works at Devoted Care as an entry level assistant. Being family helps to enhance that overall comfortable family feel for the residents and their visiting family members. Diane, who is a nurse by training and certification ensures that her independent living program meets the needs of independent living. However, I do wish Diane would wear shoes even if she needs to walk out around the pool area. The other staff I have encountered have also been helpful and I have observed that they interact well but not intrusively with the residents. Should you need a residence that provides a higher level of individualized nursing care this would not be the place for you. But if you want a family oriented, person centered atmosphere that reflects well-being then Devoted Care is the place for you.

Do not bring your loved ones here! This place is completely unsanitary and dirty. There is animal fur and feces on the furniture. I worked here for a month and the houses were ALWAYS filthy. The owner, Diane, does not know how to run a business. She is very dishonest and manipulative woman. She will say anything to bring more clients into her houses including sharing a room with them because she is going bankrupt and does not even have enough money to pay her employees. This was my very first nursing job since I got out of serving active duty in the military, she completely took advantage of me and my situation. As an honest nurse I can tell you to NEVER consider leaving your loved ones here as an option.
