DO NOT MOVE INTO DESERT SHADOWS!!!!!!

I lived in Desert shadows for three years. Under the old management, which was headed by Christie, the complex was wonderful. The new manager, Tanya, is a complete nightmare. I'm soooooo happy we left this hell-hole. Tanya will be nice to your face, and gossip about you to all the other residents behind your back. Due to the lax management, there are drug dealers, hookers and other criminals living in the complex. If you have kids...you DO NOT want to live there. If you're single and want peace and quiet, you DO NOT want to live there. If you're married, you DO NOT want to live there. Neighbors are noisy and management refuses to do anything about it. The pool is constantly dirty, because they don't trim the trees that surround it. Apartments and cars are being broken into all the time and TIRES ARE BEING SLASHED constantly. My friend, who is still living there, just had his apartment broken into. EVERYTHING was stolen. Tanya STILL charged him to move out. My other friend had her tires slashed and is afraid for her safety. Tanya is charging her $2200.00 to move out!!!! Tanya won't even allow her to view the video tape to see if she can identify the person who slashed her tires. They claim there is 24 hour security, but there is NO SECURITY. THEY LIE TO YOU! Do yourself a favor and find another place to live. Desert Shadows will make your life a living hell!
