I spent 30 mins on the phone yesterday and another 1.5 hours today trying to schedule an appointment for a needle biopsy. My doctor faxed the order to them yesterday like they had asked and then again today and they still kept saying they could not schedule my appointment because it had to be sent electronically only their electronic system was not working. Finally HCPNV my doctor's office had to call and force them to schedule my appointment because they kept giving me the run around. I spoke to 3 different people and received 3 different excuses why they could not schedule my appointment with the order they had asked be faxed to them from my doctors office. And the kicker is they did not care whether I ever got an appointment and this biopsy is to find out if I have cancer in my neck. If your insurance will allow you to go somewhere else I would suggest that you do.

They mailed me a bill which I got and paid. Then somehow had wrong address in system and decided I owed more money and sent additional bills to wrong address. I can't pay what I don't get. They never called - just put my account out for collection and trashed my credit. Then they could not explain why I had to be billed for additional payment. I will never go again. Very very very poor customer service. BEWARE.

The phone answered with the message that they were iniating a new system and there might be longer than normal wait for a response.My response time was 22 minutes...who found this new plan? Most people would give up long before someone answered the phone. I had lots of time but couldn't believe the wait time. Totally unreasonable....

I just spent ten minutes trying to set up an ultrasound appointment at the Palomino Ln. office. The woman I talked to kept trying to prescribe me an extra procedure. It was ridiculous. She also kept asking me why I've never been there before and why I want to go there now. The whole thing was totally idiotic.

I never recieved a single bill, no phone call, and then I have get a ding on my credit report for collections of less than $20. The same night I get a credit alert, I get a call from a collection company claiming to be an attorney, threating me for $14.00. I called the office and they couldn't tell me when a bill was sent, or if they ever attempted to call me. Rude is all I can say. If I were you, I'd try to find another group.

I was referred to Desert Radiology for testing from my physician. When I called to set up my tests with the secretary I gave her my insurance information. All she told me was that I would have a 40 dollar copay for one of my tests. Nothing about the other tests. Foolishly I assumed the other tests were covered by insurance since she didn't mention them. Exactly 2 months later I received a bill for just over $1500. I could just kick myself for not inquiring about the costs before hand. But I feel as though it was totally unethical of them to not inform me when I set up the appointment or even before my arrival date that I would be receiving such an enormous bill for a simple altar sound. To make matters worse, their itemized bill is different than what the insurance company sent me. Please do not be so trusting like I was.

The radiologists were great, however the billing dept is substandard. They owe a money credit back to me on my account through an over charge to me. This was from months ago, and if I had not questioned this charge with my insurance company, I would have never caught this charge. Now I am trying to receive a credit back from Desert Radiology and it has been a very trying experience! The billing dept has been rude and constantly I am receiving different answers from the reps on the phone as to where my credit is. I would NEVER use Desert Radiology again!! There are so many others out there where patients do not have to put up with this very questionable way that they do business!!!

They were very nice and made me feel comfortable. I was in and out in no time even though they were very busy. I don't know yet if i will have a problem with billing because its to soon.

I just received a bill from Clark County Collection Service LLC for $31.00 for Desert Radiologistc, Inc. It doesn't show the date of service and I never ever received a bill. I Have no idea what this is even for.

The staff is great. Whenever I have an appointment they are right on time and I don't have to wait. However, the billing is a problem. I just received a final notice threatening to send my account to collection if I don't pay them within 14 days. This is the FIRST I knew that I even owed them anything. Have not received any bills previously.

THE RADIOLOGISTS WERE GREAT HOWEVER THE BILLING DEPT IS HORRIBLE. SENDING AUTOMATED CALLS TO PATIENTS W/OUT SENDING INFO REQUESTED BY INSURANCE COMPANIES AND NO BILL SENT TO PATIENTS. IF THIS WAS NOT THE ONLY PLACE TO HAVE CERTSIN TESTS DONE I WOULD NEVER COME BACK. TO THOSE OF US WITH CANCER WE HAVE ENOUGH TO WORRY ABOUT WITHOUT RECEIVING AUTOMATED CALLS
