DONT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP

BUYER BEWARE! IF YOU THINK YOU WILL GET EXCELLENT SERVICE AFTER YOU BUY YOUR VEHICLE....FORGET ABOUT IT! Not only did I receive HORRIBLE service, BUT THEY DAMAGED MY CAR AND TRIED TO COVER IT UP! I am beside myself with disappointment and BAFFLED by how the SCION Manager Ray treated me. Anyone who took there car in and notice the damage to there car would be upset. They try to use the excuse that I was irate. WRONG! I went in hopeful. I went in with a positive attitude. My first day off I was able to get down there to see someone I did. They use the excuse that I waited too long. WHAT!? I called as soon as I noticed the damage! Mike told me to come down when he was working. UNFORTUNATELY he works the same time I do. Person after person slips out of helping me. Then they send me to Ray the SCION Manager. What a joke of a Manager! Having been a Manager for 17 years, NEVER would I treat a customer who is upset with their purchase as he did me.



IF YOU DO BUY FROM DESERT TOYOTA.......INSPECT YOUR VEHICLE BEFORE YOU BUY IT.....AFTER YOU BUY IT......AFTER WORK IS DONE TO IT.....NO MATTER HOW MINOR. THEY ARE NOT HONEST BUSINESS PEOPLE AND THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT GIVING YOU EXECELLENT SERVICE AFTER YOU SIGN ON THE LINE.



TAKE IT FROM A SINGLE MOM WHO WORKS FULL TIME AS A STORE MANAGER AND OWNS HER OWN HOME. I WISH YOU THE BEST ON YOUR CAR BUYING PURCHASE!
