I have had to take my car in a few times recently and the customer service I received, especially from the Service Manager Frank was incredible. These days it is hard to find business that truly offer exceptional customer service anymore and the Desert Lincoln Mercury Service Department certainly does. The prices are excellent also and considering this is a dealership, that's rare. I found that they pretty closely matched brake prices when compared to Brake Team on both pads and roters and you get quality dealership brakes. So even if you don't drive a Lincoln or a Mercury, I would definitely check them out and ask for Frank.
