I have never been treated so rude in my entire life these women are the rudest people..... i actually took my dogs and would not leave them there because of the way she was treating me!!! My one dog has diabetes and I was afraid to leave him anywhere I haven't been to the groomers for a while and they were giving me an attitude because I was a no call no show I'm a customer they need to learn how to treat their customers with respect can't believe she stood and told me that she had regulars before me... She couldn't give me a time to pick up my dogs because of this and all the while being a real a...h... about it when I called her on it the three of them ganged up on me horrible horrible service...

i WAS a customer until I called to bring my dog in for grooming. The lady was shocked because the last time the dog was there was 7 months ago and she chastised me for not bringing the dog in for grooming sooner! Arrogant!

My 4 dogs have been to lots of grooming salons. This is the only salon they like to go to. While the other groomers have always been nice to my dogs, they just don't like any of the others. But they love Deb & her staff because everyone at this facility loves dogs, and the doggies know it. What I find most awesome is that the other customers at this spa have been bringing their dogs here for years.



You can't please some people is the only reason I can think of to explain why someone might be dissatisfied. I couldn't be more pleased.

these women are to busy talking and cut throating other people to do a good job. that woman at the front is so rude she has no idea about customer service.

Deb & Dee are great; they have been grooming my dogs for over twenty years now, which shows they are doing it right. It’s wonderful to find a place where my three Schnauzers are willing to go without hesitation. They also groom my new Sheppard mix, he needed a new home and Deb contacted me. I was the lucky one to end up with Rodger. Deb & Dee have also helped place many other homeless dogs who's owners have come to them for help. I give Deb’s five stars and a triple A rating.

I've been going to Deb's Doggie Door for about 5 years and not once was I unhappy or turned away. I will continue to go to the great groomers there - they are very professional and my dogs are happy. This place was recommended by my vet.

I am sorry you were never happy, I cant imagine why you didnt let Debbie (the owner) know of youre grievance, I am sure she would have attempted to make it right. As far as prices go, I have found the pricing very reasonable, The owners have been known to help anyone with a hardship, For being in business for 30 years there is a multitude of pleased clients and referals from vets all over town

This place is horrible. It's dirty, they never groom my dog the way I want it. They charge to much and the lady that works up front is a bi***!!
