NATTY PEREZ THE OWNER IS A LIAR AND A THIEF
HE NEEDS TO GO TO JAIL FOR WHAT HE STOLE FROM ME.

Horrible!

I put my car in to fix a dent, they said it's going to be 2-3 days to be done.

They only finish it after 5 days ! and when I picked up the car there was another dents on the left side that wasnt there before . I told that to Natty the boss and he said it was there before I brought the car in . When I tried to ask one of the employees what happened to my car he told me not to go inside there and to not talk with his employees . i was shocked . I can't believe someone is running his business like that. I took it to another shop where they told me that Natty rip me off with the price as well they could have charge me half of what I paid him .

Never take my car there again! SCAMMER!!

Worst experience I ever had in my life.

I went there to paint my front bumper, after they done paint it , they put it back on incorrectly.

When I came to pick up the car i saw that the bumper is loose on the sides so I told Natty the owner that it doesn't look like it fits right and he start screaming at me infront of other customers that I dont know what I'm talking about and that this is how its supposed to fit.

after few days, while i'm driving ,the bumper fell off completely!!

I came back to him with the bumper and he told me hat he's not responsible for this and that i paid him only to paint the bumper and not to install it correctly!

What ?! if you take a part out of my car at least put it back correctly!

he told me to get out of his shop so I ended up spending $300 more at another place!

Don't go there! this place is a joke and not professional !

My car came out worse than when it went in. The owner is a junkie, an alcoholic, a pervert that actually offered to fix my car if I " fixed " him !!! Don't go to that shop unless you steal cars and you need a chop shop ...

Stay away , they do horrible half *ss work and if you complain Natty (the owner) will avoid taking your phone calls. They made so many mistakes and avoided me as much as they could. I got clear over spray on my fenders , they didn't paint some areas , they hit the roof while putting the hatch back on and made some paint chips , they painted my shocks , and they left the white stuff all over my wheels and roof. I would have him fix it but I don't need them making more mistakes and rather avoid the headache. You couldn't pay me to go back there .

Auto body Shop to get your car fixed. Naty the owner was involved in our car from beginning to the end its not like other places that you talk to one person and then never see them again. The detail to everything is First Rate We had our car back in less then a week. Use D & N Auto Body

Had a partial paint job done. They left huge drips in paint, painted over grease in the engine compartment, etc. When my husband complained, Naty (the owner) told him to take his money and go somewhere else......then he cashes our check!



When I called to complain, he told me the office lady would be back on Monday and would send a refund. I waited until Wednesday, called her and she said Naty never told her but she would talk with him and have a check ready for me the following day. Then she called back and said Naty had to speak to my husband again. Since then Naty refuses to take or return calls.



Very shady business practices. I will end up suing them.
