I couldn't believe the horrible service we received from Cycle Gear on Pecos! One star is TOO much for them! We walked in on Saturday looking for a spark plug socket and some back pieces for a kawasaki 1994 tire. The gentleman at the front proceeded to lead us to the back where he looked through a pamphlet to find the correct part but then told us "I'm super swamped right now so you're gonna have to find this on your own." Why not just tell us "I really could care less about what you need so get out." Needless to say we will NOT be coming back and we will be letting the LARGE group that we ride with know to steer clear of Cycle Gear on Pecos. We were treated horribly and the customer service just didn't exist. I am still shocked at how appallingly we were treated. Thanks for nothing guys!!!
