Every guard posted at SDMI is a disaster, but I know it's not their fault because I actually spoke to the guards, instead of just leaving them at my given business overnight and praising the company because I wasn't robbed. Those who hire Custom Security and have no incidents are the subjects of fortunate circumstances and nothing more, because they do not treat their guards as is legal by Nevada Labor Statutes, it's true. They do not allow their guards restrooms or even clean water, but they also don't allow the guards to leave site even on break, this is against the law when working a guard more than 8.5 hours in a day. An unhappy security guard will not keep your property secure. Ask the good people at Sunset Pointe Apartments, another lost contract of Custom, when they caught the guards drinking and smoking weed in the residents' hot tub. Ask the good people of Lee's Discount Liquor whose fears only became worse when they hired Custom after a horrible murder which occurred at one of their stores. Ask the good people of DC Solar if Custom was any help to their operations when major energy industry reforms were being made, when they needed security most (even according to Wired). I know so many of the former Custom Security guards here in Las Vegas with tragic stories of what happened to them. This company should be shut down permanently... I just hope someone can make that happen, soon. ; )

Very impressed!! This company has done a very good job at our apartment complex. We are located in a rough area near downtown and other security guard companies have been very poor and unreliable. When we have issues we call their 24 hour phone number and they are very quick to send the guard. If the guard is not on duty they send a security car to handle the issues.

Custom Security is by far the best company I have come across in Las Vegas. As a property manager you need to have a company that hires quality security guards and management. Brandon and his staff always exceed my expectations. They are now working at 6 of my properties. Highly recommend giving them a call!! They have affordable packages for any budget.

I recently hosted an event in Las Vegas for 1,000 people and Custom Security Guard and Patrol was the security guard company. We only expected 500 guests, so when 1,000 people showed up we needed extra security. Custom Security was able to accommodate this last minute emergency and they even sent one of their nice patrol cars. To say the least, I was very impressed with their professional and attentive service. Their guards all looked very sharp. I would strongly recommend using them.GREAT JOB!!!

they are not trustworthy at all. or reliable. They lieThey do not patroll for days at a time. we pay for patrols three times per day!

They do not patroll accoding to our agreement.But Mary Bolchalk of Adept Management still pays them.Hampton Village homewners are getting ripped off again!

WE PAY FOR THEM TO SHOW UP THREE TIMES PER DAY/NIGHT AND THEY DO NOT SHOW UP AT ALL FOR DAYS AT A TIME. THEY ARE CONTRACTED AND BREACHED THE DEAL. THE OWNER IS A NICE KID AND THE PATROLMAN ARE NICE. BUT THEY DO NOT DO THIER JOB AND AT ALL IN OUR COMMUNITY!

Everything is much better now that Custom Security became involved with our properties. Owning over 10 properties in Las Vegas (commerical, apartments and residential) has allowed me to deal with a variety of security companies. The staff and service that Custom Security provides has set this bar very high for myself and fellow investors. Our entire staff is greatful with their officers and everything they do. Some of our properties are older and more challenging but nothing Custom can't handleThank you

This company & the people within their organization are focused, committed, thorough and would be a great benefit to any organization with security/patrol needs. I would most definitely recommend this company above any other I have run across in my tenure. Their services far exceed that of a surveillance system. I had a very positive experience with Custom Security. I found myself in a vulnerable position after vandalism and theft had occurred at my place of business and was left without surveillance equipment. I was running out of options when I contacted company after company during evening hours. No one was able to provide service on such short notice. Luckily, the last phone number I tried was Custom Security. I spoke with a gentleman named Brandon who had someone here, ready to patrol in less than an hour. The guards I had the pleasure of meeting were all very nice and professional. Our building was safe and secure and I was able to rest easy knowing that ‘Custom” was on patro

Kudos to Custom!!! Our event was a huge success. We received several compliments on the security presence and appearance of the officers. We have over 10,000 people attend the event on a monthly basis and have never received as many compliments on security. I am very impressed with the officers and the company overall.

Our HOA has been getting the random patrols from Custom Security. Their vehicles look great and are very visible. Our community has several pools and clubhouses that are Locked and unlocked daily. I am very happy with Custom.

Our security company that we used basically shut their doors and left us in the wind. We needed to hire a company immediately for multiple properties in Las Vegas and the surrounding areas. After calling several companies that could not assist us, we found Custom Security. They were able to start that night and their rates were better than the previous companies we have used. Our Regional Managers and Owners were very happy with the way we were treated and would recommend utilizing Custom Security to everyone.
