We had used CSA for regular service, with acceptable results (hard to find stellar cleaning service in LV). The crews were pleasant and worked hard. Unfortunately, one day we came home to discover that the surface of our stainless steel appliances was damaged. We suspect they utilized the granite cleaner instead of the stainless steel cleaner. They had also clearly cleaned in a circular motion. We were devastated. The appliances represented a big splurge for us and were less than a year old. When I contacted the company I was informed that one of the regular staff was sick and a "sister-in-law" had filled in that day. They initially scheduled an appointment to look at the appliances but did not arrive. I called several times and was told they were "late" and "on their way." After four hours of waiting, they stopped answering the phone. We received no further assistance or response from the owner of her daughter, Linda. They never answered the phone or responded to our messages after that. We are left with thousands of dollars of damage and a dream kitchen that has turned into a nightmare. Although cleaning service was satisfactory, we are appalled at the dishonesty, and lack of professionalism and accountability demonstrated by this company. Beware!

What a great job they did very friendly people and affordable the house came out fantastic they cleaned the windows fans everything that needed to be done ill be recommending them to all my friends

I moved into home I needed cleaned. I called, askd how much & list of what they clean. Its $250 clean blinds, dust, vacuum, bathrooms, kitchen & inside all cupboards, & windows, no more than 3hrs & call when finished. I had appt for 8am, didnt show til 10am. No call saying they wld be late. After 4hrs & no call, I called, they said," oh yeah, were done." I did a very quick once over of property since it took 4hrs they had plenty of time for thorough job. I pd them $250 cash, I wanted a receipt, they said they don't have receipt book. When I returned, I took good look,none of the windows were done,1 set blinds were cleaned, no dusting,etc. I called nxt day, left mess to have them come back. No return call. When I finally spoke to someone, I made appt they didnt show. I called again for another appt, no show. I spoke w/owner,said I just want $ back,Im not wasting more time for no show.She said she wld review acct. & call back. She never called, dont answer my calls nor return my messages
