Crystal Palace Skating Center is one of the last places to go have good family fun in Vegas. The price to skate and get food is cheap and you get to skate for hours. I love taking my daughter and her friends and they love to go. By far Crystal Palace is the best bang for your buck not to mention its indoor with A/C!

Was going there for a while and was happy.Until one day, when there was several day camps there, and a parent lied to the "nephew" of the boss that I was pushing children out of the way.First he said "complaints" then he said "the kids told her you pushed them" then "she said she saw you push them"I asked him several times "Do you believe that?" he told me NO.I confronted the "parent" who denied seeing me do it.I saw it completely a fair disadvantage to me, being accused of such a thing, I decided to never return again. Im not dealing with lying children, lying parents, OR an establishment where they would confront & maliciously attack an adult with no evidence. He should have watched and seen all the children skating wreckless & carelessly before accusing. CHOOSE YOUR BATTLES WISELY... and your words

The boulder location is a disater. We booked a party for 25+ people. Everything was going good till we were going to pay and my mother fell. We went to pay and had not realized that the Visa was expired. We had another one in the car. By the time all this had happened ,about 20 mins( had to make sure mom was ok) we got the new card and tried to pay. They had issues with that one as well, they told us we could no longer have a party cause we had not paid with in 30 mins. We tried to pay with cash too. They would NOT work with us in any manner. Since our guests had already came and were skating we had to pay for them at regular price and buy all food and drinks at the consesion stand.

They were extreamly rude even when we offered to pay cash. They said they had a policy....You had to pay in 30 mins or you could not stay. We were NEVER notified of that when we booked the party. They were rude to us and our guests when we said we would pay for all our guests and their food. When we ordered our food from the con. stand it took 30 mins for them to "cook" the pizzas. Needless to say this was the worst birthday party we have ever had or attended. BE CAREFUL IF YOU WANT A GOOD PARTY FOR YOUR KIDS!!!!!!
