My fiance went into Crystal Alterations and received fair service from one of the employees and she told her to come back the next day for further alterations with the owner. She was pleased with what she saw at first but the next day, the owner completely screwed up the dress! A toddler would have known more about alterations then this lady. After about an hour of different pinnings my fiance decided that it wouldn't work so she said she needed time to think about it. The owner then flipped out on her and yelled to never return to her store and said she was a waste of her time. She arrogantly started naming all the things she could have been doing instead of helping my fiance. She was heart broken and called me balling. Gave the owner a little talking to shortly after. Don't make the same mistake we did! Stay far far away!!!!!
