In our first day in the house, we parked our cars right in front of our place for unloading a few things; when we went back outside, our TWO cars had been towed. Why? They said we were parked in a fire lane. The truth? Cottonwood keep a discolored fire lane sign (50 yards away from our house), so people won't notice it, and their business partners of Quality towing (who go spinning around the complex, all the time, looking for something to fish) wait for you to go in the house to tow away your car. The result? Profits for both of them. This has a name: Rogue Towing.
