I called PRS to come take a look at a large roof leak that I had. They showed up on time, and had that repairs done that day. Before they left my house, they made sure that it was just as clean as it was before they had started the work. I would recommend them to anyone that has roofing needs.

I was referred to PRS by my friend who has been using them for repairs & maintenance on their apartments complex; I was looking to have my rental property re-roofed and while I contacted another company for a scope and quote, I found PRS to be thorough and extremely professional. They updated me every step of the way, explained in detail the contract where I had a few questions, and were timley in getting the job completed. My tenants were very pleased that they cleaned up after themselves every day and when the job was complete, the property was left cleaner than when they showed up. So far it has rained twice since the roof was replaced and I still have no complaints. I will continue to refer and use PRS for all of my roofing needs. Thank you for a job well done!!

They did some work in different apartment buildings. Tenants are complaining about leaks. I have been calling the company and its over a month and nobody calls back and every time you call they say that they are in meetings all the time. I will never call them to do any work any more.

Associated Supply Company has been a pleasue to do business with. As Property Tax Consultants we are get very busy from March thru Aug, during this time I never have to worry about ordering my toner as my rep. calls me every couple months to see if we are ready for our next shipment. The toners are delivered with in 2 days and we still have the 45 day billing. I couldn't ask for a better company to keep me well stocked on toner, relievieving me from the constant tracking of when we need to reorder. That you to my rep. Steve, your the best.

Fantastic experience! I needed a new roof and must have called about 10 companies. They were the only one that answered the phone. They set the sales appointment and two nice gentleman, dressed professionally came to see me a few days later. They showed me photos of my roof, helped me pick a color, talked about the safety and their overall organization. The job started when they said and finished when they said. Very good, very good indeed.

I really had a good experience with this company. I called several companies when looking for a new roof and so many didn't even have a receptionist to answer the phone! Every employee I dealt with at PRS from the receptionist, to the estimator, to the superintendent and crew were just extremely professional. Having owned my own business for 30 years, I really pay attention to the employees and the care they put into the job they do. I can tell that the company's culture is really focused on customer service and doing the best job they can for each client. This really gave me the confidence in their company to purchase a new a roof. The job came out beautiful. The grounds were clean (almost cleaner than before they got there). Again, I really had a good experience with this contractor.

Called for a roof leak. They set an appt came out on time and did the work. These days its tough to find a company that will do the little things like be on time right. The repair looks great too!

They set an appointment when I called and a estimator came out the next day. I was told by other roofers in town that I could only convert my old wood shake into a lightweight tile roof that would have cost $25,000.00. PRS helped me hire a structural engineer that did an evaluation and found for few hundred dollars in support braces I could have a standard tile roof. Bottom line is this saved me $10,000.00. Amazing for a contractor to want to save you money in these times. Very professional and very honest.

I had a difficult roof on an older custom home that we purchased several years ago. The roof is flat and always leaked as well as held heavy water on the roof. I called several companies all of which told me they would not be able to correct the ponding water. PRS designed a roofing system that created the proper drainage off my roof and also added gutters and downspouts to avoid water flowing into my Porte Couchere. Arturo, Travis, Alex and Ruban were fanstastic. I even got a call from the owner of the company at the end of the job thanking me for the work. I will reccommend again and again!!!!!

I called PRS to come to my home for an estimate after I found a leak on my ceiling... They sent someone out to my home but I never heard from them again on what is the problem and the cost to fix it. I then after 2 weeks contact the office 3 times, the receptionist ashured me they will give me a call yet no one did. I gave up on them and called another company...

I called PRS on a friday they scheduled a service call for sat between 12 and 3 pm at 3 they hadnt arrived so I called back they told me that the service guy would call right back at about 4:20 pm the service guy returned my call. not exactly profesional service. He said they were bussy. I guess the phones quit working to? and I dont have anything better to do then wait for them. All they had to do is tell me that they would be late or that they wouldnt be out till monday or tuesday or whenever or call and say they would be late. I would not call them or use them to repair my roof

Excellent, Fantastic, When I called Professional Roofing Service from the minute Michell answered the phone she assured me they would take a look for free. They sent Casey out and after ten minutes on the roof he came down and said, this is your problem.....this is what I recommend.....this is how much it will cost. The tear down crew arrived the next day and they worked there butts off and cleaned around the home better then they found it. The roofers came the next day and replaced the roof. Two days and it was done.######You don't have to watch these people. They have safety inspectors, roof inspectors, crew supervisors and they all watch each other. There proud of who they are and come in marked vehicles with there company name as big as day. They tell you whats going on every step of the way. After Casey sold us you would think he moved on to the next job, no way. He came to our home, sometimes three times a day and was up on the roof checking the work himself. There the best!!!
