I am planning a circus theme 1st birthday party. Wanted animal cookies to tie in with the circus theme. Searched online for local custom bakery; came across The Cookie Zoo, Talked with Whitney for pricing on small batch; despite how abrupt and rushed she was with our conversation. I went against my better judgement and placed an order for 24 cookies. Later in the evening, it had dawned on me that she may not have the date of when I needed the cookies by. So, I made a call to clarify the next morning. She again, was abrupt but now more rude! She didn't even allow me to speak! All I wanted to do was clarify the pick up date and get off the phone as I know she is very busy! Needless to say, I cancelled my order and will be taking my business elsewhere. It's obvious to me, The Cookie Zoo must be doing better than any big chain hotels on the strip in today's down economy! To turn away an order whether it is BIG or SMALL!

We recently received a gift from The Cookie Zoo. surprisingly, the soft, homemade cookies were as good as we've ever had and the brownies, while not big, more bite size, were terrific! After checking out their website, we were delighted to see the selection offered and reasonable prices. They're a little hard to find, but worth it.
