Bad delivery service. Three straight fails. Still waiting on manager to call me when dresser will be delivered. Living out of suitcase an extra week due to their ineptness. Cold and rude once they have your money. Call backs typically met with a brush off. Then I wait another day and call back and repeat.

We moved to LV 4 years ago and needed to furnish our entire house. It didnt happen over night, many many trips to the 3 different stores, sometimes nohing, sometimes a few things. We were always serviced by the staff , our deliveries came as promised and I would recommend Colleens to anyone !

My experience with Colleen's was a nightmare. they stole my furniture($5100) dining table i never recieved i dime for it. they were supposed to redeliver my furniture back to me, but lie after lie they showed up to me house with 1/2 my furniture. i took the police there to retrive my furniture and there was a lady at the counter with same compalint (stolen furniture) buyer beware. so if you're buying furniture really chap more than likely your sitting on stloen furniture.if you have had this problem feel free to email me as i'n taking them to court!!

I found absolute treasures at this store at true low prices. A living rooom suite at the cost of the sofa at RC what are they called and brand new mattreses in King pillow top for half that of the other discount mattress stores.The staff is AWESOME and pickup delivery first rate. Save your money, buy gorgeous furniture and all the touches at Colleens.
