Provided by SuperpagesHorrible managment! WIll charge you $250 to paint apt after you move out, they are required by law to repaint between renters. Beware, they charge you a cleaning deposit then charge you for everything they need to replace because of age! They tried billing use over $1,000 & we left the apt in move in condition! Beware, do not move in because moving out will cost you a fortune!
