My nails were filed down to nothing, the nail tech did not know how to shape the nails. He kept cutting my skin around my nails,no one knew how to do a simple design and they don't use Gel Top coat. By the time I left there the lumpy nail polish they put on my nails looked worse. I told them and the more I said something the more they kept trying to convince me my nails were fine. When I left I went straight to CVS to buy nail polish remover and the next day went else where to get them painted and reshaped. Worst experience ever!!!! If I could give a zero that's what it would be.

Every time I have gone there to get my nails done I have no problems. I come sometimes before they are about to close & they still help me without any problems. I really like the service that they offer.
