I have 2 poodles and both of them look like they are homeless pets. Neither one has a pattern and the cuts are uneven. Manager (Rebecca) has all kinds of excuses about how it is my wife's fault and the rain taking away their fluff. Suggestion: clip your pet with household scissors and you will be happier. I am out $100 and now must wait until their hair grows enough to get them looking like poodles again. On the upside they were very nice people. My dog was very anxious at Petsmart and didn't allow them to complete his groom. Tried this place a week after and he seemed ok with it, they did a good job and Shadow seemed comfortable..
