The office staff are great. I had an issue with the pool service I got so they made the tech come out again. He still did a crappy job but did come back. I decided to give them one more chance. I saw the guy pull up. I saw the red truck leave without even servicing my pool. I have yet to see them on our designated day. I will call one more time but it's really not worth the money. After every pool cleaning, I ended up going out later in the evening to scrub my pool because they did not get the green off the pool sides. The tech I got did not know how to balance my pool and upon questioning him he gave excuses of why things are not done. I am very unhappy and very shocked that they would allow such poor service people to even be employed with them.
Maybe this is common to go out and scrub the green slime off the pool after you hire a pool service but if I pay $115 a month, I guess I expect my chemicals to be balanced correctly as well as normal skimming and scrubbing as needed.

could use some advice with temps in 40's should we keep plump going all the time.will they freeze temps in 40's.sry new to having a pool.with temps being so low here.moved here from az month ago.we have been shutting it off during the day but temps werer in 50's.plz let us know asap ty

I have a house in the old Paradise Palms Estates. Clark County Pool and Lawn's staff is super reliable and super friendly. I felt very comfortable with them. I didn't feel like I had to keep an eye on them like with services I've had in the past.. Clark County Pool and Lawn is the only pool company I've EVER worked with that consistently (week in and week out) cleaned my pool without leaving a leaf at the bottom or a smidge of algae on the side. Swimming in my pool is like swimming inside a crystal. I weep tears of joy constantly. Those tears aren't as clear as my pool. Thanks Clark County P&L. Awesome pool service!, I never knew when or if my old pool company was going to show up. Jason is here at the same time on the same day every week like clockwork. My pool and spa have never looked better. The office staff is amazing too, they always pick up the phone or return my call immediately if I have a question. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional pool service.
