I've been in two accidents over the past 3 years. The first accident in 2007, my vehicle was totalled and I brought it to Falconi's as a just in case. Between them and the insurance I had never had such great customer service. They essential helped hold my hand thru the process and I felt comfortable.

So when I recently had another accident from someone backing into my drivers side front and passenger door, I brought the vehicle back to Falconi's. The liability hadn't been cleared yet, and the staff assured me that which ever insurance it went thru they could handle the work. Two days later liability had cleared, and I brought my vehicle in the following Monday. It took a little over a week to get the work done (both driver side doors), but the fact they took their time with the car and made sure that it was satisfactory was well worth it. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family members.

I had my car in the shop in March for a rear end accident. The repair work was excellent along with the customer service. I can't believe they match the paint color and it looks better then it did before the accident! They had it done earlier then expected, and kept me informed during the entire repair process. Kudos to everyone that works at Falconi's!‎
