Well my back window on the right side in my car it wouldn't go up so I drove it up there to see if they can help me fix it and they easily took my door apart and was able to get my window back up for me. Like it was nothing.

Excellent customer service and great attention to detail! I was lucky enough to have technician come to my home to replace a windshield on my ford f 150 . We was punctual, professional, efficient, and did an amazing job with the replacement. I highly recommend this Charleston auto glass on east Sahara and lamb and would definitely ask for Eddie. He is great!!

So I went out to my truck on Saturday and there was a tiny hole in my driver's side rear window. It looked like a bullet hole but it was so tiny it had to have been a bb pellet (Frickin' a-hole kids in my neighborhood probably). Anyways...I called charleston auo glass got me a mobile service app right away.

Immediately the office called me to confirm the appointment and then sent me a text with the name and picture of the guy who was coming to my house to do the repairs.

The technician, mike , showed up at 11:48 just as it was beginning to rain. He wanted to come back the next day when it wasn't raining but I'm kind of a jerk so I asked him to stay. I gave him a lil' something' for his troubles and he was nice about it.

He did such a great job. He even vacuumed up all the glass before he left. Ain't it sad that it's so rare to be treated well by a business these days? . I would highly recommend them to anybody. They rock!!!

Fast service direct to your car. They came to me in the parking garage at a casino and changed out my car windshield in 40 minutes.
