They will lie to u even if u have documents to support your claim. All they care about is getting their f#%*&$ commission. And please go to carmax instead and make sure you are pre-approved. DO NOT SIGN ANY PAPERS with their financial people. They will rip u off. Adding all b.s to come up to their so called monthly payment. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE and go somewhere else.

Called about a truck they have had online for over a week at 12999. Spoke with 'Steve' at 0900 and asked if the truck was still available and was assured that it was. We drove down and after being taken to their 'other' lot was told that it had just been sold. Upon arrival back at home we had a message from Steve. When I called I was told that the deal had fallen through with the 'woman' because the price online didn't take into account 'reconditioning', and she couldn't qualify for the new price of 15999 as set by the sales manager. It was then offered to me at that price, fully 3000 more than the ad. Carfax says they have had the truck on their lot for a month and it was reconditioned 4 days ago. I offered 15k out the door and was told by Steve that he would take the deal to his manager and call back. No call. Spoke with the GM, Don Henrick, and was told the 'man' had actually taken the car to an outside garage for presale inspection and if it did become available he would call me. Check the other reviews. This is nothing new for this dealership. Buy from someone honest.

We were pleasantly surprised by the integrity of this dealership and our salesman Scott Richards. He made a deal with me over the internet and through text's. He kept his word and did not play games or apply pressure. Please do yourself a favor if you are looking for a Dodge to product and contact him first. Don't spin your wheels and waste your time working a deal with anyone else.

I would say if you have other choices for the vehicle you are looking for, avoid this dealer like the plague. The only positive part of the buying experience comes at buy time when you hand the cash. After that, it is nightmare of no calls returned and excuses after excuses...after excuses...and occasional screaming and yelling to you and quasi-threatening you to shut up or hinting in their voice they might "do something" you might regret.Awful experience in my case of buying cars for over twenty years all across the US. Unless they improve dramatically their service, I shall not recommend nor patronize again in my lifetime.

Chapman dodge is the worse dealership I have ever been to in my 40 years of driving. All they care about is selling you a car. Ripping you off. Once you drive off the lot they ignore you and never return your cars. I would suggest anybody buy a dodge to try a different dealership or even different make of car. They in one word SUCK!

I will never return to this dealership again. Because of the finance department I had to pay late fees on my registration because the finance department put 2 different dates on my green slip and my placard. When I tried to get the issue resolved with the company they said it was a mistake and they couldn't do anything about it. I'll be sure to never refer no one to this place again. Horrible horrible horrible!!!
