I purchased a BMW from Certified Auto LLC. Not only were they able to help me (with my not so good credit score), but they helped me with less money down than I expected. I expected the car to be in different shape than the pictures, but they weren't. I will buy my next car from them. Thank you Certified.

I purchased my car from Certified Auto about a year and a half ago. My car is still running strong and I couldn't be happier Very easy no pressure purchase. The entire staff is welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend purchasing your next pre owned vehicle from this dealership.

BUYERS BEWARE! WORST PLACE. EVER!!!!! Do not do business here!!!! Made the mistake of buying a car from here (19K cash sale with no financing) NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS! Simon is the worst! In the negotiations he promised a "bumper to bumper" warranty. Signed a contract and everything! low and behold....the warranty covers NOTHING!
It gets better!!!! It's now 4 months later and I called the warranty company and Certified Auto NEVER mailed in my warranty!!! I have NO warranty that was promised with a signed contract.
It gets better!!!! Simon said I could pay an extra $800 for a warranty that covers "bumper to bumper" yep! The one I was promised when I bought the car!!!!!
It gets better!!!! Now the warranty company won't issue a warranty because it's 4 months after purchase AND they are suspicious that something is wrong with the car!!!!!
Go anywhere else but here.
