NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!

I hired Certified Appliance 12/15/09. They claimes I needed a new compressor. After the guy installed the new compressor, the next day my ice maker wouldn't work. I called the repair mans cell phone and explained issue. He came back out 12/24/09 HE USED A BUTTER KNIFE AND HAIR DRYER for roughly 3 hours in my freezer!!! early March 2010, I have BLACK MOLD growing on every wall around my refrigerator! Hired a mold specialists and plumber that both said the so-called repair man caused a water leak. Certified Appliance has known about the mold, Brett made an app to come to my house to check out the damages and was a NO SHOW NO CALL! I have spoken with Evalin numerous times and she's useless. She's a LIAR along with the rest of the company! The owner, Richard Frederick refuses to return any of my calls or get involved. I've spent out-of-pocket roughly $12,184.31 between repair, remediation, mold specialists, replacing a FEW things. WHICH IS NO WHERE NEAR THE ENDING COST. WE WILL BE IN COURT

Never Again

Please do not use this company for any of your repairs. They overcharge by huge amounts for their parts and labor. I spoke with a manager about price gouging and he just rationalizes that they have the fastest response time in the valley and that costs money to do. No detailed invoice itemizing what the guy did. When I asked the manager about that, he was very vague that they charge labor by the job and not hourly. They do not disclose much just rip people off. I blame myself for not calling GE to work on my GE appliances.

tech or a/c man

I thought it was impossible, in this day and age, to find a great tech who would fix my washer and frid. for me. But I found one in Richard Frederick. He and his staff were fabulous and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a tech or a/c man !!!!!!!

Awful Customer Service

I call on Sunday and was told the part needed to be ordered, est for Wednesday. I call on Wednesday and the part wasn't in. Then on Thursday I'm still getting the run around. I was told they were at the mercy of the shipper. Excuse me, but I do shipping for a business and I know if you use FedEx you can get Express shipping. I don't buy that excuse. You are dealing with time sensitive issues here. When your washer or dryer goes out, you need to make sure you get it fixed asap. This is a business that should be expedient in their operations. Consequently, they have one angry customer and probably many more! My advice don't do what I did!!!
