Provided by YP.comBeware of shady salesmen (Anthony) and managers (Jesse) promising things yet failing to deliver. Definitely tried to take advantage of a young female friend by lowballing her trade in. We agreed on an out-the-door price for a used vehicle but then they started to jack up the price when I addressed major concerns that needed to be fixed before the car was driven off of the lot.. like tires at the minimum tread depth of about 2/32nd, brake rotors and pads that were at minimum thickness, fluids that were 7 years old and needed to be flushed, alignment pulling strong to the right. When I pointed all of that out, they assured me that they do a 170-something point inspection and all of that would be taken care of during their inspection (that's dealer talk for we hope you buy our line of crap we're feeding you). I said great, but I would still like it in writing on the contract for my own piece of mind. Once I said that, then suddenly the price jacked up $900. Funny how that works. I have a feeling they were counting on some poor schmuck not noticing what needed to be replaced just to get the car back up to being safe to drive off of the lot... and wouldn’t you know it, magically we got her trade-in value up to what it should have been instead of the lowball amount they offered her when she came by herself. I hate stealerships like this that prey on uninformed buyers. Please stay away and tell your friends.

Provided by SuperpagesLove the Hyundai Santa Fe I purchased, the car is awesome. I got the fully support of Mr George Etheridge to buy this car, a great and very knowledgeable guy. If you have a problem, not knowing what car to chose look for this guy at Planet Hyundai Sahara.

my 22 year old daughter thats in the navy needed a new car. so i call the dealer in las vegas and shawn locke took care of us with phone calls to my husband and daughter. he got us a great deal on a safe care for her and our grandson. she flew in and they picked up at the aiport. we drove 8 hours to sign the paper work that was already. we were in and out of las vegas in 2 hours a great place to buy a car and a wonderful staff. if we ever decide to get out of our truck i would call them.

Provided by YP.comThey have no morals and take advantage of trusting seniors. They will trick you into things that cost an excessive amount of money that you did'nt want. So read the contracts very carefully and don't trust a word they say because they will tell you too bad you signed it!

Provided by SuperpagesI absolutely agree! I went in with a check that was already funded...meaning I was already financed. They FORCED me to sign a credit application saying they needed it "for their records, incase the check didn't go through". That made sense...so I signed the credit app. They turned around and tried to bypass my check by submitting my application to the same credit company I was already with!! It was "red flagged" and my company called me to find out WHY there were 2 credit apps (one from me, one from Planet Hyundai). Sneaky sneaky tactics!! They bold faced LIED to me when I asked them if they were going to submit my information..they told me NO! They did it anyway! Now, they are refusing to even give me a copy of my own credit application...I wonder what blanks they filled in? Stay away from them, there are too many other dealerships. They are worse than ANYONE I have ever dealt with before:(

Provided by SuperpagesIf you are planning on buying a Hyundai, do your research! This is the worst Hyundai dealership in Las Vegas. There is an entire site full of dissatisfied customers. I wish I had found the site before I had driven all the way across town to purchase my vehicle.Put them in a search engine on google and you will find hundreds of complaints. I won't even take my car back there for service, I go to one of the other dealerships.
