my husband and I bought a home there and I have never been around a business run like this one, the manager is rood and very crood, thinks she is GOD, the new assistant manager was yelling at residents saying he was going to kick his but not so kind words in the middle of the street, he is a x con and can't be trusted. don't buy there, not worth one star

I moved into the trailer park in June 2013 and have had nothing but trouble from the terrible manager here. She goes ballistic over every little thing and makes threats to the residents every chance she gets. I agree with littlegizzy STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. The manager is a B**ch with a capital B. This place isn't even worth one star. Also the office hours stink. It needs to be open at least until 5:00 PM

My parents moved there around 1989, I moved there around 2005, and we love it. The manager is a very nice person, but won't take no crap from anyone; and has to be like that in her position (what do you want, Myrtle Manor on TLC?) The park is clean, the clubhouse has a variety of books that you can borrow (or keep) for free. The people are friendly. And I like the fact that the gate is open during the day so if I'm getting a delivery I don't have to give out our gate code. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I think the pool should be open until 10:00 P.M. from June to September.

this place is the biggest waist of money I have ever spent. I bought in to enjoy my retirement and have had nothing but trouble. The water has gone out 3 or 4 times a year since I've move in. The manger even tried getting me to pay for it. I pay extra to have a gated place and they leave the gate open all day. There is a person that looks like they're living in there car by the pool he even chaged his closes where everyone can see. He has been walking between the homes doing god knows what. And he's been here for about a month. The manger is rude and lazy. If I had the money to move I would of done it a long time a go.
