I purchased remanufactured ink cartridges, CL-211 and PG-210XL, for my canon Pixma ip2702 printer. The salesperson was friendly and as a first time customer I received a pen and notepad plus every tenth cartridge is free. The cartridges worked fine.

The staff is informative, professional and a hold high standard in customer service, which is a rare find in businesses these days. Their pricing is fair.

This is the ONLY place to buy your printer cartridges. They're cheaper and last longer than ones from the manufacturer. The bonus I got was when they were able to fix my copy machine when I was all set to buy a new one. The people who work there are not only friendly ... they're competent.
