Do not move here wish I could have read review before signed lease can't wait to move out of this Ghetto Senior living apt in SUMMERLIN ITS AWFUL

Do NOT let your parents rent at this facility! Bad management and they are in bankrupcy and its beginning to show. They treat the tenents as befuddled children and the activities are not what they advertise them to be. This is a senior 55+ apartment not an assisted living place. I cannot stress how bad the management is in this place!

This is a badly managed apt. complex. They treat their tenents like children and with no respect. They won't allow you to have more then 2 visitors at a time in your own apt. which means if you have a family of more then 2 they cannot visit at one time. It's run like a prison. If you have a son with a wife and child they cannot be in your apt. at the same time. I have never heard of such a thing and wonder if they even have a legal right to do that!!! They are also in bankrupcy and will do and say anything to get you to sign a lease and then everything changes. The upkeep is slowly deteriorating and I think the bankrupcy probably has some thing to do with it. There are so many nice senior apts. I would recommend NOT renting here.

The management of this place has a lot to be desired!! They treat their tenents like children and do not respect their rights as paying tenents. When my mother first moved in there was a series of petty robberies that could only have been done by an employee in the managers office. When the tenents reported the thefts they were told they must have just misplaced their valuables. Then finally shortly afterwards an employee was found stealing and she was fired. No apology to the tenents. They are in bankruptcy so its as if the management could care less how they treat their tenents ONCE they get a signature on a lease and the money up front.
