Place is absolutely disgusting. Rouches everywhere!!! i am a clean freak and i now have to pay out of my lease because it is that awful. The worst place i have ever lived... I never write reviews and i joined just to be sure anyone looking to rent is informed. My car has been broken into TWICE now. Also management has had my car towed due to construction in their lot, not on the day i was informed it would be but days after. You have been warned. Not the place you want to live

Horrible place to live, maintenance is very lazy there is one guy that actually does his job but most of them sit inside their office doing nothing. the porters don't clean up instead they complain about the tenants and saying they are making the mess when its just trash from the garbage blowing around the parking lot. The sidewalks are filled with gravel and rocks because porters do not sweep the sidewalks making it easy to slip and off i know a couple people that have hurt themselves. Some of the apartment buildings look abandoned because the windows are covered with boards because the windows are broken out. There are a lot of druggies in the complex walking around all day and night. People digging in the trash cans. Maintenance pays druggie's to do there work. They try to illegally evict you from your apartment for having guests over. All in all do not live there.

I just moved in here and I loved this place, the office staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient, everything is nearby, and i am a casino worker, so I got an extra discount on my rent. i have visited this apartment community before and I did not like it, but now with all their new improvements the community is beautiful. I am very happy here.

Lots of crime, cars broken into. This winter we got rats coming into the building, gnawing loudly in the ceiling right above our bedroom, and then bathroom. Talked to management once, they then lost the work order, making us wait 2 weeks... So far, for pest control..

This is the worst apartment I have ever had to live in. The people who live here are so inconsiderate it's ridiculous and when you make a complaint to the office they do NOTHING. there are two cars that blare their music multiple times throughout the night waking up my 6 month old and the office says they can't so anything unless they know the apartment number. So I am apparently supposed to follow these people to their apartment?! We left a note on one vehicle asking if they could keep their music down and we got two huge black guys and their woman banging on our door at midnight freaking out and threatening my husband. Why do we have to give them our vehicle information if it doesn't link it to us? How much sense does that make? They rent out to the worst people in Vegas. I was told all the felons were getting evicted which is far from true. I was told it was quite which is oh so very wrong! The gates are broken so ANYONE can come and go as they please. Good thing we are paying for a gated apartment complex. DO NOT aren't from here, it's over priced for the tiny space that you get, it's a horrible and dangerous neighborhood and the security is a joke.

the worst place you could ever live please do not live here you are not going to love the experience here you will get youR breaking into other peoples house breaking into other peoples house M the management won't do anything they won't even reply to what you said they told me that I had to get rid of my dog and yet I see other people with there dogsthe polls are never open there's everything in this apartment complex is vandalize no one has respect for each other things and also lol if you were to help flat one day until your car in the middle of the night when you don't know he won't return your phone calls I mean I'm just saying do not I mean really do not rent from them all they care about their money and the razor rent for no reason they just jerks so if I were you please listen to everyone and my invite do not rent from here

Horrible. Cockroaches everywhere, homeless people everywhere, drug deals/busts, graffiti, and everything is broken. The gym is broken, all but 1 pool is closed all year, the gates are broken, most of the apartments have broken appliances. The management is very shady and untrustworthy. After verifying twice that I had a credit on my account and my rent was only 300 for the month, they call me up demanding I pay late fees and even more for their screw up. I spoke with Marci on the phone and she was beyond rude. She used foul language, was very belligerent to me and finally hung up on me. I have spoken with the manager in the office about several instances of this happening and nothing has changed. They never enforce property rules, there is no security, no repairs, the gates have been broken for well over 2 years. This is just a horrible place. I fear what they will try to charge us after we move out. I am getting a lawyer.

I have lived in this apartment complex for 5years and have always paid my rent ahead of time with my credit card .In oct I went to the website .I wasnt able to pay my rent because they canceled. acepting payments for the complex. So I contacted canyon point and they were not very helpful about resoveling the problem and told me that I would have to pay .when I explained my side of the story they finaly said that even thou I would be late I gave them a 375.00 check then 155.00 check while I waited for them to send me the information for the web site.to pay withmy credit card.when I finally recieved the information I found out that they had to send me a password. After trying 5 or 6 times unsuccessfully .they sent me a 5day eviction notice and then I went and taked to the book keeper shesaid they wouldn,t charge late fees .Late week I gave them 750.00 more some to cover the rest of oct rent and the rest to go towards Nov rent when I called to find out how much I owed anthey still havent removed the late fees and 10-25-2009
