I have taken my shih tzu here 4times. I was satisfied the first 3 times but after the last appointment I will never take my baby there again. When I dropped him off he was so happy, jumping around licking everybody and when I picked him up he was like a differnt dog. I specifically stated not to shave him and that I wanted the shih tzu cut with teddy bear face. He was shaved to the skin, I cried he looked terrible and he was shaking like a leaf and would not leave my side. Once before when he was shaved so close he acted weird for a few days but eventually was back to his normal happy go lucky self. It has been two weeks and I don't know what they did to my poor baby but he is still not right. Since he came back has been rubbing face on floor crying and it looks like maybe something happened to his eye. I can understand accidents happen and maybe he turned his head when he shouldn't have but u would yhink if something did happen they would address it when we picked him up. I don't have the money forthe vet since I'm disabled and on fixed income but I am going to take him soon. I'm absolutely devistated about this. No matter how convenient it is to take him there I will never do it again.
