Camp Bow wow is Amazing!!!!!!!...

Camp Bow wow is Amazing!!!!!!!

I moved here over a year ago with my Pitbull/ Great Dane Mix, Stanlee. I first found out about Camp Bow Wow from my sister who takes her dog there weekly. I had been to other dog daycares in other cities but had not found any that compared to the facilities, staff, and care that Camp Bow Wow provides. Many other daycares I had previously tried would never accept my dog because he looked too intimidating to other dog owners but Camp Bow Wow welcomed him with open arms. One of my favorite things about Camp Bow Wow is they are willing to accept any type of dog!

Most impressive about Camp Bow Wow is the staff is by far their best asset. The whole staff is friendly, caring and great with the dogs. I strongly recommend Camp Bow Wow to all dog owners in Las Vegas.

Camp Bow Wow is the best dayca...

Camp Bow Wow is the best daycare facility in Las Vegas!!

I moved here over a year ago with my little boxer Dahlia. She is very playful but has a lot of energy and is somewhat high maintenance. With my work and school schedule, I needed to find a trustworthy place to leave her where she could play and burn off energy. I tried several daycare options the first couple months of living here but I wasn’t pleased with any of them. I felt that most staffs, or sitters, couldn’t handle my dog’s energy level. After a long day, I still ended up having to take her on a walk when we got home. I never got my “money’s worth” because the price was high and my dog was never tired upon leaving.

I did some research and found Camp Bow Wow a couple months after moving here. On the first day, I was so impressed with the facilities and the experience my dog had. She was so tired when she got home that she fell asleep on the steps going up to her bedroom upstairs… which had never happened before. I have been taking her to Camp Bow Wow, weekly, now since Feb. of 2010. Dahlia loves camp so much!! She gets so excited and her tail starts wagging when we pull up, and then she drags me in there because she can’t wait to play.

Most importantly, the Camp Bow Wow staff is amazing. They take the time to play with each and every dog there and can give you a full report when you come to pick up your pup. Camp Bow Wow’s service philosophy is unparalleled, and everyone there is friendly. I have no doubt that the staff loves my dog and I know that she is in great hands when I drop her off!!

We started bringing our dog Ja...

We started bringing our dog Jackson to Camp Bow Wow to socialize him. His first time there he was so scared, did not want to play with the other dogs and had some anxiety issues. They were so patient and helped him get used to the other dogs. Most places would have just dismissed him and put him by himself, but not Camp Bow Wow. It took a few times, but Jackson finally got used to being around other dogs and now has SO MUCH FUN playing with the other dogs! Even is even good with other dogs at the park and in our neighborhood now! We love Camp Bow Wow!

Superb!

I was nervous about boarding my dog for a month while I was out of town, but can honestly say my nerves eased after choosing Camp Bow Wow. The initial interview process was easy. My dog loved the day of daycare and I loved the fact that it was free! The staff is amazing and managed to work my dog in over the busy holiday season!

While boarded, I was able to watch my pup via the facility's internet cameras. If ever there were a concern (I tend to be a worrisome puppy mommy), the staff never minded my calls or updating me on m girl. They even went as far as to emailing me pictures and updates once a week to ensure I knew how she was doing!

Camp Bow Wow is, simply put, the best boarding facility/doggie daycare in the city! I highly recommend it and know that my dog will be returning in the future!

Thank you so very much. It warms my heart to know that not only did your puppy have a fantastic time, but we were able to give you peace of mind while away. (We can't wait to see her again, going through a little withdrawl after a long visit!)

Las Vegas premier dog day care and boarding is Camp Bow Wow

I have tried several dog day care facilities in the Las Vegas valley and found the finest to be Camp Bow Wow. The staff at Camp Bow Wow loves their jobs and it shows with how they work with the dogs and fur baby parents. Camp Bow Wow did an amazing interview with my small Chihuahua Bella for 3 hours to check her temperament and socialization behavior to see how she would adapt at the Camp Bow Wow environment. The staff did a great job dealing with me as a stressed parent leaving her baby with them for the first time. No other dog day cares company worked with me like Camp Bow Wow; as Bella was dumped in with the other dogs causing her undue stress and told me to come back later.

Bella now goes to Camp Bow Wow 1 – 3 days a week and she get so excited when we pull into Camp Bow Wow drive way. She has become a socialized dog always smiling and tail wagging. “A tired dog is a good dog” as they say at Camp Bow Wow and I agree. I love the fact that I can watch my fur baby on the webcam while she is at camp which is a free service. I have used the boarding program several times for Bella who gets a private cabin and can sleep with her favorite pillow and blanket.

Check out Camp Bow Wow’s 401K-9 and VIP programs as you can take advantage of special discounts. Camp Bow Wow is my fur baby’s family away from home. Las Vegas premier dog day care and boarding is Camp Bow Wow; you will not be unhappy with their services. We love Camp Bow Wow, Sharon and Bella M.

Bella is G-R-E-A-T! We love seeing her out in the yard in her pink tee just having a blast! Thank you so much for the fantastic review. We do everything we can to make sure camp is right for Bella and she pretty much is NOT shy in telling us exactly what that is!

My pup loves Camp Bow Wow!

Camp Bow Wow offers day "camp" - dogs get to play in open indoor/outdoor areas with supervision from Camp Bow Wow staff.

This is a great option to socialize with other dogs & to get lots of exercise.

The dogs are separated into three areas based on size and all dogs are "interviewed" to assure that they can play nicely.

Live video of the play areas is available from their website, so its easy to check in to make sure your pup is safe.

For boarding, Camp Bow Wow offers large "cabins" with a cot and plenty of room to move around. My pup is not crate-trained, so this is a great solution

Never Again

I took my 3 dogs to Camp Bow Wow in Las Vegas. While the staff seemed nice and the facility appeared clean, I thought they would take good care of my pups. I had to leave them there for 10 days. I left complete instructions to feed them separately. When I returned, my boy whippet was so thin that almost every bone showed and my girl whippet's collar was tighter. When I asked they looked at the records which showed they were supposed to be fed separately. The lady said they were not. I later talked to the manager who told me they were fed separately.I believe I was lied to by the manager. No matter what happened, I can not believe no one noticed that my boy whippet was starving to death. Why wasn't ANYONE paying attention to this? I left them with confidence that they were going to take care of my babies. I am appalled that he was allowed to get so thin. While he is a skinny boy anyway, what I saw when I picked him up was totally UNACCEPTABLE. I would NEVER take my dogs back there again and WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Hi Brenda. As mentioned in previous conversations, Cody, Kirby, & Tiny D were fed in seperate cabins both for breakfast and dinner. Boarding dogs are given a lunchtime rest as well and this was when all three were in the same cabin, this is what Troy experienced. Unlike at home, dogs at camp are playing for a minimum of 9 hours each day. This extra playtime does burn far more calories which can be evident in your leaner breeds. I do apologize as there was some miscommunication at the front desk as Troy was unaware that your doggies were fed in seperate cabins both at breakfast and dinner. We have made numerous changes to our protocols to ensure improper information is not relayed since you were in town over two months ago. Tiny D LOVED camp and was super active from the am to the pm! I personally gave him breakfast and dinner in a seperate cabin and while he never completely finished his food, he always ate at least 3/4 of his food. Many feedings we also supplimented his meals with our wet food to add calories. Thank you for the feedback as we take it very seriously and have made changes as I had mentioned previously.

The Best Las Vegas Has to Offer

My wife and I adopted Lucky, our first puppy, about 3 months ago. To say we are protective parents is an understatement. Her veterinarian, her food, her toys, and even her seatbelt were only settled upon after many hours of our personal research. When the time came to find a boarding facility, I outdid even myself in my obsessive zeal to find the best Las Vegas had to offer. I wanted an establishment that was, first and foremost, safe. In my opinion, the key to safety lies in the people that staff the facility. You can have a state of the art building, but if it’s staffed with incompetent or uncaring employees, you have nothing. Second, I wanted a place where my dog could socialize in a supervised environment with other healthy dogs of similar size and temperament. Finally, I wanted to be able to watch our pup play online while I was at work or on travel.

I found Camp Bow Wow online before they had even opened their Las Vegas operation. I was very impressed by the inspirational story of the young widow from Colorado who founded Camp Bow Wow and has grown the company to over 100 stores nationwide. This widespread success demonstrates to me that she has “gotten the formula down” and has worked out the kinks. The beauty of her success appears to be is in the simplicity of the company’s philosophy: a meticulously clean and safe facility staffed with exceptionally caring, experienced, and dog-loving employees.

My research revealed that several local Las Vegas facilities offered open play and internet access, but no other staff impressed me as much as those at Las Vegas’ Camp Bow Wow. From the first time I walked in, I immediately knew we had found Lucky’s second home. This beautiful, brand new facility is owned and operated by Mari and Chad, a warm, charming, and ambitious young couple who left the corporate world to become local small business owners. They conducted a thorough interview of Lucky and I, and I conducted an equally thorough interview of them. After leaving Lucky there for a half day trial period, I was sold. I have brought her back for day care 2 to 3 times a week, every week since they opened. Lucky can’t wait to go back. She starts going crazy and wags her tail furiously as soon as I turn the corner onto Valley View because she knows she’s getting close to her friends. I would also leave her with Mari and Chad at Camp Bow Wow overnight with no hesitation or reservation, confident that she was not only safe and well cared for, but also that she was having the time of her life playing with her little friends.

Camp Bow Wow carries my very highest recommendation and leaves me asking myself, “Why can’t the other businesses I deal with provide this level of customer service?”

Thank you so much for researching Camp Bow Wow. We are confident you will not find a better, more innovative, more safe facility in Las Vegas. Everything we do is well thought out and designed for the saftey of the dogs. After all, It's All About the Dogs!
