Camco has been taking our dues for months, as well as the insurance money from a fire, all while promising to make repairs, and yet NOTHING is done. They do not return emails nor phone calls. This company is being run by incompetence. They state that "Those people" are ignorant of the laws in place. In fact, we are quite informed. They are complicit. They gave 1 week notice for a meeting with no agenda attached. That is HOA 101. Our gates are always broken. Worst of all, the lights above where we get our mail have been out since last November. They cannot even bother to change a bulb. The Health Department has to shut down our pool. The Worst of it was when it was reported to then for two months that there was a water leak at the pool. They did nothing. A neighbor put a bucket to see how long it would take to fill it. 30 minutes. 8 weeks of water lost equated to 20,000 gallons of water wasted. Who pays for that? We live in the desert and they finally capped off the pipe only when the news media was contacted. Giving them 1 star is generous.

They seem to only know how to communicate when it comes to getting money - other than that - good luck getting a call back or acknowledgement that your community exists

You see, we're not like the majority of homeowners who dislike HOAs and complain about their HOA on a regular basis. In fact, the two times we have purchased homes, we made sure that we purchased them in communities that have HOAs. It sounds absurd, but a well managed HOA usually means you are a living in a neighborhood that is well maintained. Have you seen the communities that have a hundred broken down cars sitting in front of it with their weeds overgrowing into your own yard? Yes, those places usually don't have HOAs.

Since our new home is a new build, we have to build our landscaping from ground up and that also meant having to deal with the HOA in a different capacity. A capacity that we have never dealt with before.

TERRI made this process for us less stressful. There were times when I would call her wanting an update, and she could tell I was a bit anxious. She always calmed my nerves and never judged my impatience. She kept me informed and up to date, and she worked tirelessly to ensure that we had everything we needed.

TERRI and Camco - thank you for being an amazing advocate for the HOA, the builder as well as us - the homeowner. We feel very comfortable having CAMCO as our HOA Management company, and we know that our HOA dues are going to an honest and customer service oriented association. We know that they will take great care of our community, so that we, as homeowners, will have a community that we can truly call ours. One that is beautiful, well maintained and like family.

I wanted some shrubs put in my front yard. I wasn't familiar with the process and contacted CAMCO. I spoke with Josefina Nemerosky on several occasions. She was both pleasant and approachable. She answered my questions swiftly and accurately. As stated before, I was not familiar with the process, so I emailed her on several occasions with questions, and each time she was very pleasant and answered my questions. She made me feel as if my home was a priority for her and CAMCO. That's what I call Customer Service and an HOA that is concerned about their residents' quality of comfort and lifestyle. CAMCO does not gouge us monetarily, nor do they "over police" us. They have orchestrated a very comfortable and cozy atmosphere where residents can actually live and breathe. It's a very pleasant environment, and other HOA boards and staff should take a page out of CAMCO's book. Kudos to Josefina, CAMCO, and the entire CAMCO Team!

Living in an HOA, you realize how important what they do is. CAMCO is very professional and takes care of the homeowner's needs and the community's needs. Some people may not like that but it's usually the homeowners that don't like HOAs anyway. CAMCO has been nothing but excellent in it's service.

Olivia Dinero has gone out of her way to help me answered all my questions .I've talked to other people in the office but no one has customer service like Olivia truly A+ customer service is hard to find in this area she's a keeper in my books. She knows her stuff where others don't. Thanks

CAMCO is a great management company. They manager or small HOA and do a very good job and are always fair and very kind! The office staff is always kind and considerate on the phone and it is a pleasure working with them to make our HOA the best it can be!

Very professional and knowledgable. I would highly recommend camco . I had an issue with a neighbor and camco helped deal with the disagreement affectivly and both parties were satisfied . Thank you camco !!!

nothing but trouble from this management company and their inspectors. Everyone is hiding. No one will answer questions. Like living in East Berlin.

STEALING MONEY FROM HOMEOWNERS

They need to be shut down immediately. CAMCO Nevada is doctoring books and sending out illegal bills to collect money from homeowners. If there is a lawyer out there willing to help we could all use it!!! My husband and I were wondering why they had such a high turn over of staff, now we know why! Eldorado property homeowners get out and find a new management company!!

Poor Service and hard to communicate with

This management company violated the HOA Rules, and did not make sure the tenant switch the utullities into their name. When I received my property back I had a $500 trash lien against my property!

Knowingly violating rules and regs

Camco is one of the worst management companies I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Their staff at the Sahara office in Las Vegas are the rudest folks and most unprofessional. This management company knowingly violated the HOA's CC&R's and if your HOA is looking for a management company, I highly recommend you pass on this organization.

To CAMCO = Trash by Buddy

If you had any idea about what you were talking about you would know that CAMCO is not you HOA...They are the managemnet company for your HOA and they work at the direction of your Board of Directors which are elected by you and other homeowners. Perhaps instead of complaining you will consider volunteering for the Board at the next election. I have served on my board for years and have found that complaints and negative comments are many but homeowners that are willing to do there part are few.

Horrible treatment of home owners

I had the misfortune of visiting "Scamco" Nevada's offices. While waiting for my neighborhood manager, Liz, I overheard the receptionist transferring calls to employees in the back. She made comments such as "Oh, here's a winner." It exemplifies how the company views the homeowners in reality. A slogan doesn't make up for it.They say they care about homeowners, I have never been treated worse by a company I have ever dealt with. They don't care at all about the homeowners, instead they treat them like a thorn in their side or some kind of nuisance. It's really too bad.

This HOA is a mess. They brag on their meeting about how much money they ave but yet again they don't use it to make our community better. They spend their time sending notice to homeowners about stuff that has been taken care of.

A RARE BREED OF MANAGEMENT

CAMCO is one of the rare management companys that seems to specialize in communication with the residents. They are easy to communicate with and responsive to the residents, whether it be general questions or specific items like CC&R violations. They also posses an unusual amount of common sense. Something really lacking in most management companies. They actually DO NOT want a new homeowners first communication to be a violation letter.I've dealt with a few association management companys in my 30 years in Las Vegas and I centainly hope CAMCO is the last ! !

Friendly and Professional

Camco is a well organized company that knows what it is doing. They know NRS 116 and take pride in their work. Their friendly staff makes it much easier to deal with "issues" that arise while living in our HOA. Their Community Managers are committed to working with our community and their leader does his best to keep our Board of Directors trained well. Without a doubt, CAMCO is the best management company our community has EVER had.
