I love Cafe Rio and have been a fan even before they came to Vegas. Although, they have been skimmping on the chicken and the rice. We eat there atleast once a week and everytime it gets worse. Step it up and make it the best place in town to eat.

A cult favorite for a reason

After reading about Cafe Rio in several books and on several blogs all based in Utah, I was thrilled to learn we had a few in Las Vegas as well. We headed out to try it and the food did not disappoint. The only reason that I'm docking it one star is the price- it's a bit hefty for casual Mexican food.

This is my new favorite restaurant. A friend brought me here because she insisted that I try one of their burritos. I loved it now I'm hooked. We're going back next week and bringing another friend. The prices are great and the food was so yummy.
