I worked for this company for 3 weeks. This is the most ghetto unorganized company I have ever worked for. The trainers are not properly trained. All they do is read slides to you and when you ask questions they say they dont know the answer and dont try to find out. There were two fights about to break out

while in training and both parties were still employed. They care more about the company then the employees bc if safety mattered then this would have been handled. They demand people not to miss work and have people coming to work sick getting others sick. I was terminated after being in the hospital with pneumonia for 3 days and had a note and they terminated me. They took money from my check for headsets I never used and still has not reimbursed me after policy and procedure states they are suppose to. They also have not paid me for the last day working there and its been a month now. I have been up there 3 times and call and email everyday. This company is easy to hire people but be aware they are not very professional and do not keep to their word. I still owed money thats due to me!
