Had such an amazing experience at this mechanic. Detailed description of everything wrong & they communicated clearly to me who has a lower level of understanding. Made sure my car was ready to drive cross country !

Contacted Busy Boots thru website and received a fast response, call them during business hours and was told to bring in truck for a free estimate. Told them of the problem front wheel bearing, after an inspection it was confirmed. They quoted a price and said that would be done the same day. Got a courtesy ride home and in three hours was contacted and picked up. The price quoted was the price stated no additional work done. Also was given recommendation on other items to be looked at in the future. They are a professional service with well trained and courteous personal. If I have any more routine work done will be using them. Would recommend them to anyone needing auto service.

Great honest mechanics great staff excellent management.

Took my car to someone else and got an estimate of $1200 to fix my air conditioning and a list of things wrong. These guys did it for almost 1/2 the price and said the other items were fine. Very honest and great work. Owner is on site all the time.

I just got 2 new tires on the front,and I wanted to get an alignment. I saw this place only charged 39.99 . I was afraid it would be a low quality job but that was not the case. This shop did as well as the last place I used at half the price. The people there are nice to do business with and I will use them in the future.

When My car wouldn't start, I had it towed here after seeing the reviews online. I completely made the right choice! Not only did my car get fixed for a very low price, but they stayed open late to finish working on my car. They made sure I was comfortable waiting in the office and came out periodically to advise me how things were going. They also give suggestions for future work, and aren't pushy or trying to upsell items you don't really need.

Very clean store with great service. The owner was knowledgable and fair. I would not have been able to afford my repair if not for their "No Credit Check" in-house financing program. They didn't even ask me for my social security number to get me approved, all I needed was a job and a checking account! Was truly a life saver!

I've never been treated so well. I got an oil change, bottle of cold water, and an ice cream for $14.95. They did a free inspection and found another problem on my car and gave me a free estimate. The place is clean and the people are pleasant, friendly, and professional. I checked other places for prices and got a second opinion to make sure the extra work was needed. It was needed and Zip Zap gave me the best price by far to get it done. . . and of course more ice cream and this time cookies and coffee too. A great place to get your car fixed but no so great for my diet. LOL

By far the best shop i've been too.

My KIA has been in their shop three times now and I am very impressed with their service. I live far from where I work so I need to trust a shop that they'll finish my service the same day, something the dealer could not do. My first visit there I had my brakes replaced, and the new ones are great. Second time I had the car overheat and quit on me on the freeway. It was towed there and repaired the same day. Third time the KIA fails me again [The car has a 100K mile warranty that never covers the problem.] the owner of the shop, takes the time to explain the problem, research options for fixing it, and keeps you in the loop about what is happening. When a part was not available to repair it the same day he even loaned me his car so I could get home. Honest, small town, outstanding service. For anyone old enough to know what the reference is at our office we call his shop the Mayberry Auto Repair.

I was driving around with squeaky brakes when I passed Tassajara Tune and Brakes and made the quick turn into their driveway. No waiting, and they offered coffee, water and scones while they did the inspection. Had the front pads replaced and the rotors turned and a couple of cracked belts replaced. Rather than waiting for my car, they drove me home, and picked me up when it was done. They gave me estimates on when I should replace the parts that were still good (air filter, transmission, etc.) which I knew did not yet need replacing, and even rectified an error in the bill without me having to point it out. Courteous, convenient, quick, and comparable labor/parts cost. I will bring my other vehicles here in the future.

Zip Zap Auto! They're not kidding. They zipped my car in and zapped it out in no time at all. This had to be the most pleasant automotive experience I have ever had, bar none. I was greeted promptly as I entered their very clean, comfortable and inviting lounge, offerred fresh coffee, cocoa, cookies, ice cream, and provided with current magazines and free wifi. What beats it all though was the price, $19.95 for an oil change! I'm going back there for sure and sending my friends as well.
