I called and requested for all my receipts including the hard copy of the parts they ordered for my car. Brit said I already have a copy of them. I said no. I have the copy of the quote you did for me and wrote down all the parts with the price. And you only gave me a copy of a receipt to which you manually entered in the amount for me to be debited.

She said I will call you back once I get all of that. I said okay thank you.

I get a missed call and I called them back and Brit said oh that must be the owner trying to get a hold of you. Her attitude has been fixed by the way. She's being extra nice over the phone. I said oh okay, thank you. (I asked for the copies of the receipt and now all of a sudden the owner wants to speak to me and get involved?)

So I get a call and he said he's the owner. Eddie. He informed me and said the call is being recorded. (Why?) but okay. Fine by me! He said okay so what's been going on? I told him I will tell you the story from the beginning and then we can go from there. Once I was done talking he was pretty much going over everything what I have said but looking at all the paperwork he was given from Brit. I cut him off and I said look it seems like we are not getting anywhere because you're telling the same story I just told you. It seems to me that everyone is on the same page and we all know the story. If you're not going to do anything for me lets get pass all of this and give me the receipts of the parts you ordered for my car. He asked me why? I said how do I know I paid for a factory bumper and not an after market bumper? How do I know I have an after market bumper and I paid for full price and you pocket half that money? So are you going to give me the receipts or not? He said no, I'm not going to giving it to you. I said why not? I don't see anything on your business nor did I sign anything that I can't request a copy. He said your not getting them. And asked if I had a lawyer. I said I don't have a lawyer but I will be filing a complaint! He said then we will go from there. I said okay then I will request the documents from them. Thank you! And I hung up.

The fact that these people refuse to give me the copy of the receipts for my parts that they ordered. Is fishy! And this is why I'm filing a complaint with the BBB. I haven't received the second receipt that I signed for when I got my car back. And he refused to give that as well.

Did a great job on my bumper and in a timely fashion and a great price. I looked around.

We were very happy and pleased with the work on our rear bumper. We were hit at low speed and the lower plastic bumper separated from the upper plastic bumper. We went in saw Brit, she looked at it got one of the guys to come out look at it and told us $75.00 and ready in an hour and half. Was ready in 45 minutes and was perfect. Just what we wanted to happen. We are going to bring in our other car for a similar problem. Better than we expected!!

Thank You Bumper Medic for saving my bumper!!! You did amazing work and I am very pleased with the outcome !! You guys saved me 400 dollars on my repair Once again THANK YOU BUMPER MEDIC !!

went to Bumper Medic with my 1999 Crysler Concord with a sizeable dent in the right rear bumper. I was hoping for at least a band aid and I got a very pleasant surprise to see practically a brand new bumper. I could not tell where the dent was and the color match (gold) was fantastic. Bumper Medic does outstanding work. I was amazed at the before and after product. I would recommend this place to anyone who has bumper damage in Las Vegas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hate to say it but I created this YP account solely to express my discontent with Bumper Medics version of customer service.



I have a small amount of paint peeling on my cars bumper (less then a dollar bill) and had been quoted by one of the top classic restoration shops at around 400$ to repair and fully re clear my bumper which is what drove me to shop around.

I was referred to bumper medic by a couple of people who said they are halfway decent,



That Friday I forwarded pictures of my car and what I requested to be done to the "online estimate" section.

After waiting all week I pretty much forgot about the idea of bumper medic but then I received a reply.... a whole WORK week later. I might as well have sent the estimate request via carrier pigeon.



After quoting me 250-400 or so for the work I was a bit confused, I was under the impression bumper medic presents themselves as a inexpensive alternative to paying big bucks at the body shops.



So I went in person today to receive a quote and was greeted by Christina (who I assume at this point must be the owners wife or something) We then walked out to the vehicle and she asked me if I wanted to get fender liners for my car, to which I replied no I was just here for the bumper.

She then informed me it would be 350$ to repair the bumper, I wasn't too thrown off by the estimate but I presented her with "350$ seems a bit high, I was under the impression you guys were an alternative to the expensive body shops and not concurrently priced so whats the benefit?"

Christina then proceeds to give me a dirty look, turns around and walks away. Not saying a word or even a " Well im sorry we couldn't help you" Absolutely NOTHING.





Well Bumper medic, you just lost a lot more business than one bumper. I work with a private escort fleet repair shop and we are ALWAYS looking for better and more cost effective avenues of bumper repair because our service vehicles are in frequent need of bumper repair and repaint due to being taken offroad constantly requiring us to repair and repaint 1-5 SUV bumpers a month.



If I would have gotten a simple "sorry we cant help you" or a generic reasoning on the reasoning behind higher costs than full on classic and custom auto restoration shops I would have been content and gone on my way.



After waiting a week for an email response and being treated with customer service that usually only starts with "would you like fries with that" I would NEVER refer anyone to this place.



Bumper Medic needs to take a serious look at the efficiency of their system as well as customer service. 1 week to respond to an email is unacceptable and in fact defeats the whole point of email.

I was referred to this business by a friend and I was skeptical because I had never heard of this company. I went in for an estimate and the staff was very knowlegeable and proffessional,they answered all my questions and made me feel at ease with my decision to repair the damage on the bumper. The price for the repair was also very affordable and much less than the other quotes I received from other shops. The work was done in one day and it looked like new, you would never be able to tell anything was wrong. I am very happy with their work, I will certainly recommend this establishment to anyone!!
