The room are fifty and they have roaches.the staff does there job but the manager Cindy is is as fonnie as they come she's really not helpful at all. IF YOU HAVE ANOTHER PLACE TO STAY I SUGGEST YOU STAY THERE!!!! A lot of Homeless around the property and a lot of the Residents that live there are on drugs .

Do not stay at this budget suits. They will wake you up with knocking on the door at 7:30 in the morning on a weekend to see if you will renew you stay. The apartment was filthy when we arrived. I had to spend over an hour cleaning to make it liveable. The assistant manager is by far the most rude person I've met in my life. He is racist and unfair about rates when the real manager is not around. He must be trying to make a buck to put in his pocket. Not only that he went in our room while not there and threw a 200$ pair of shoes in the trash. Had to have metro pd go to the place to get the issue resolved. I want my money back and this manager fired. Word had it that this is not the first issue with this man.

rip off, they say weekly rate 290, after taxes deposit etc first week will cost 400$. top it off my vehicle got broken into in the parking lot. found out another resident had his car stolen two days prior to my incident. talked w/ police during my report filing, said budget suits is a problem site for "drugs girls etc."
